My, my, my! You should let the Supreme Court, the Executive branch, and Congress know that the Constitution is not law. Next let's be sure to put back all those laws SCOTUS annulled because they were unconstitutional.
Trump can fire every US Attorney in existence (as do most incoming new presidents.) State DAs have no jurisdiction. Got anything else? I can hardly wait.

What do you call it when a man, namely Paul Manafort, does dirty business with Russian oligarch's money for years, ends up in deep debt to this Russian, who just happens to be besties with Vladimir Putin, then takes the job of Trump's campaign manager for no pay, but sends a message to his bestie that now that he's campaign manager what can he do for this Russian guy to repay him the millions that he owes him? I think Putin's best friend would most certainly request Manafort to do some really crappy stuff as a favor to him and Putin, stuff that's in Russia's interest, not the interest of the United States. '

Hello? THAT IS COLLUSION WITH RUSSIA!

What? "the Constitution is not law" ? Since when and where did you ever get such an outrageous idea? Of course the Constitution is law.

Article VI of The United States Constitution states that the "Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all treaties made or shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the Supreme Law of the Land."

The Constitution is the law of the land no matter what country that Constitution resides. The United States Constitution is a law created by the state legislatures together. It is the only law in the USA created that way. The other nationwide laws are created by the Congress, but Congress cannot touch the Constitution.

While they can't touch it they often do an end run around it.

Your BLOTUS has broken campaign finance laws and therefore there could well be a GJ indictment against him under seal.

It could be collusion if half of the stuff you cite wasn't just made up in your Alice in Wonderland.

Have you ever read the law on Obstruction? I suspect not. Check it out then get back and cite where it says the president cannot fire the Director of the FBI.

You do not respond to the assertion, but your are still wrong anyway. Assert your BS all you want; it doesn't chance the facts or reality.

What I said is true, what you said is wrong.

Point out in the Constitution where it says that a President can fire someone in the Executive Office so that he can obstruct justice.

No US Attorney will follow such an opinion.

Yes, state DAs can indict anyone who breaks state laws. Check out Manafort and Virginia as an example.

    Do you have another arguments.

When firing the FBI director amounts to OOJ then he cannot fire him WITHOUT being held liable for VIOLATING the Law of the Land.

    That was established by Nixon!

In other words you have zero content that substantiates yet another of your bogus allegations.

Your beloved BLOTUS is cited as Individual-1 in the CONSPIRACY to commit campaign finance violations.

That is NOW on the PUBLIC RECORD in the law courts of America.

It is really not that difficult for the initiated. The president has full and complete executive powers. In case you missed it, that means he can fire any appointee at any time for any reason he chooses. Yet you claim he cannot fire someone who reports to him who is also investigating him. If that were true who would be in absolute control, the man elected by the public or some lawyer the president appointed? Besides, firing Comey had zero effect of the investigation, so, in your active imagination, where is obstruction of justice? Hint: it would help if you actually knew the statute.
What state laws does your imagination say Trump violated?

Try to be a little accurate. Trump was not cited by the SDNY prosecutors for anything. He was accused by Cohen of directing him to violate campaign finance laws, which Cohen pleaded guilty to, which was not a crime to begin with.
In any case this is outside of Mueller's jurisdiction since coordination with the Russian government is nowhere to be found.

He pleaded guilty to CONSPIRACY. If you don't understand what 'conspiracy' means I suggest you look it up. Manafort was a Republican operative and international 'gun for hire'. I'm getting a little tired of people like you twisting yourself inside out trying to defend the indefensible. It's going to be a great day when the majority of people in the United States gives a collective middle finger to all of you. You've been supporting an autocrat despite the fact that he's doing very bad things that are damaging our core values as an free country.

    https://www.businessinsider.com/who...t-the-center-of-the-trump-russia-probe-2017-3

[snip] hackers broke into Manafort's daughter's iPhone and published four years' worth of purported text messages — roughly 300,000 messages — on the dark web.

In a series of texts reviewed by Business Insider that appear to have been sent by Andrea to her sister, Jessica, in March 2015, Andrea said their father had "no moral or legal compass."

"Don't fool yourself," Andrea wrote to her sister, according to the texts. "That money we have is blood money."[/snip]

The U.S. Constitution is law and it contains Amendments or Bill of Rights that are 'Charter'.

RodB does not respect traditional definitions of words and terms.

He cannot cite in the Constitution that a president has immunity from charges if he fires someone in order to obstruct justice.

Yes, he is subject to federal and state charges.

The Constitution is the charter on which law is created. That charter allows for the creation of a Supreme Court to adjudicate the law and Congress to create the law.

The President can only executive the law.

Trump is not King of the United States, although he's trying to be. He is just as responsible to following the law as your paper boy is. You seem to believe that the Executive Branch of government has all the powers that are actually divided between the three branches and it's just not so. When he fired Comey it was because Comey wouldn't pledge his loyalty to Trump, and because he wouldn't let go of the Russia investigation. Trump said that himself, literally said those words and it's all on record. That's illegal, not legal at all. Yes, he can fire whomever he wants to fire as he has done many times over the past 2 years, but when it comes to firing the head of the FBI, CIA, or DEA or any other person in a position of power of a federal government agency, he better have a real reason and not one contrived simply to save his ass from scrutiny. That's nothing more than mob-boss mentality.

    Here's the first of many.
    • New York State Attorney General Barbara Underwood in a new court filing Thursday said that President Donald Trump caused his charitable foundation to break state and federal laws.
    • Underwood said Trump's actions in that regard, and his use of the Trump Foundation "for his own personal benefit," justified her request to ban him for 10 years from being involved in any non-profit group.
    • "Donald J. Trump used his control over the Donald J. Trump Foundation for his personal, business and political interests in violation of federal and state law governing charities," Underwood said in the filing in State Supreme Court in Manhattan.
