Nixon tried to fire Archibald Cox which was an attempted Obstruction of Justice.

Your beloved BLOTUS fired Comey because he was investigating Flynn's ties with Russia so that amounts to an attempt at Obstruction of Justice. Your BLOTUS openly admitted that was the reason.

Conspiracy to violate campaign finance laws is a crime and there is another WITNESS who was party to your BLOTUS's criminal actions. This is part of the 2016 campaign and therefore falls WITHIN Mueller's jurisdiction.

Trump was not cited by the SDNY? New York AG Barbara Underwood would disagree.

Yep, a criminal felony, carries jail time and that's just the low hanging fruit.

Comey was fired because he was a liar and couldn't do the job.

No, he wasn't a liar and he was fully capable of doing his job. In Trump's own words, he was fired "because of this Russia thing".

Comey was fired because, as Trump said, because of Russia.

He used Clinton as an excuse.

Yep, Comey was in deep with the resistance and leaked to the press to try and start an investigation based on unverified information. He has since proven the good reason he was fired.

Trump accused Comey of lying under oath to Congress, saying he would gladly provide sworn testimony disputing Comey’s charge that the president forced him out because of his handling of the investigation into the Trump campaign’s possible collusion with Russia. So if Trump is willing to do that, Comey lied.

That was after Trump said it was "because of the Russia thing." Neither Trump nor you get to walk back his obstruction of justice remark.

Trump accused scores of people about many things, doesn't make it fact. IF Trump said that he would "gladly provide sworn testimony" disputing Comey's allegations then why hasn't he? Do you actually believe that if Trump had any kind of evidence that Comey lied that he would be shy about producing it publicly? Trump is a serial liar, proven to be a man that can't speak one sentence without lying. Why would anyone in their right minds believe a single word coming out of his mouth particularly when it would be "gladly proving sworn testimony" disputing Comey's allegation? Really, it's totally illogical for anyone to believe that. He would have done it 2 years ago if he could. He's a damned liar, that's why he hasn't.

And the lawsuit is not a lawsuit, is that what you mean? Barbara Underwood ruled in the case of the Trump Foundation scam. The SDNY will charge Trump this year with crimes related to the coverup of hush money paid to both Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal. Clearly they have signaled they will proceed with charging both Cohen and Trump of crimes.

SDNY prosecutors named the president of the United States as a direct participant, if not the principal, in felonies.

“The Department of Justice today, in the most explicit terms, said the president of the United States committed two felonies.

The flagship U.S. Attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York walked right up to the line of accusing Donald Trump (identified as “Individual 1”) in a federal court filing of complicity and conspiracy in Cohen’s felony campaign-finance crimes related to the payment of hush money to women to squash sex stories. Trump is no mere accomplice, but is alleged to have directed the criminal activity. And this is no minor crime. The SDNY submitted to the court that “the nature and seriousness of the offenses” should “weigh heavily in favor of a substantial term of imprisonment.”

In addition that looming threat, If White House staff or any of Trump’s legal counsel were involved in preparing or encouraging Cohen’s false testimony, they should be worried about their personal liability.

No I mean the SDNY is a federal agency and the NY AG is a state office. That’s all.

No obstruction whatsoever, just sour grapes because Comey was sacked for lying. No point in me going back to something that never happened. If you wish to bleat on about that conspiracy theory, then you're welcome to knock your pan in.

Has he ever been asked to do anything that he agreed to do? If Trump could vindicate himself for taking any blame in the firing of Comey he would have done that long ago. He can't, that's why he hasn't. He's a liar.

Your beloved BLOTUS originally LIED when he alleged that he fired Comey because of Clinton. He then told the TRUTH when he said that he fired Comey because of the Russian investigation. Or was it the other way around? Either way your BLOTUS lied about the same matter.

Putting a congenital liar like your BLOTUS under oath on a witness stand will ensure that he ends up being charged with both Perjury and Obstruction of Justice.

Oh my! Was this piece of garbage used as part evidence to get FISA warrants to spy on the Trump Campaign? Trump needs to de-classify it all so the public can see ALL the shenanigans the opposition was doing to try to influence the election their way. Then have the new AG appoint a special prosecutor to look into potential colluding with a foreign agent as Steele is a British citizen to influence an election. They need to examine the FISA process that allowed the Obama administration to spy on the opposition parties political campaign. I was 15 years old during Watergate hearings, this appears to be just as serious and the American people deserve to trust the Government will Police itself, sadly it appears that has been lost along the way.

Nonnie, your counterargument is flawed. (1) Trump did lie as Derideo_Te pointed out; (2) Attacking _Te by you means nothings; and (3) Kiersey does not matter since it's a fact Trump did lie.
