I'm trying to figure out which Michael Jackson song it is that has this one recurring lyric, over and over and over and over that SOUNDS like, "Hop on, on the floor joist, he's on, he gets it up! Hop on, on the floor joist, he's on, he gets it up! Hop on, on the floor joist, he's on, he gets it up!" Etc., etc., etc. That's just what this 'refrain' sounds like, over and over, with a few other nondescript lines thrown in, too. Thank you!
No, that's not the song I was remembering. Thanks for taking a stab at it though. It's funny how something like that can drive you nuts.
Thank you! The song I was trying to remember by Michael Jackson actually turned out to be -- "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough!" Very energetic.
I am not an MJ fan but an American Idol contestant did his version of Billy Jean and I was blown away.
I was never an MJ fan, either, but this one song came up out of nowhere and I really wanted to know what the name of it was. About 99% of the time, I listen to Classical music -- Bach, Beethoven, Wagner, Haydn, Handel, Mozart, and other Northern Europeans, like Sibelius, but also a very big fan of Italian composers -- Mercadante, Respighi, Vivaldi, Albinoni, Boccherini, and others. Best internet classical music 'radio' station I know of in the U. S.? WETA, in Washington D. C. They start my day, every day! And, no, there's no MJ tunes there.... Thanks for responding!
That is WAY out of line with my genre. That being said I have been to a few orchestras and symphonies and was blown away! Very different live at a venue than on the radio.
That MJ tune I wanted to know the name of turned out to be, "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough!" It was just casual curiosity.
