    We had a sick cat. Went to the vet and the cat needed IV fluids. They gave him fluids and the vet said he may need more. Then looks at me and said, you can do this at home and gave me a one act play to check to see if the cat was dehydrated. Pull up on the back of the cats neck and if that extra skin goes down very slowly the cat is dehydrated. They gave me a one act play to give the cat an IV. Where to insert the IV and how much fluid to give the cat.
    Fast forward. The cat wasn't eating or drinking and the time was near that I had to figure out the best setup. I figured let me set it all up so its ready to go. I pulled the cap off the IV needle and it was on ridiculously tight when I removed it my first natural instinct was to draw back and I stuck the IV needle in my finger. I may as well have driven a 10 penny nail in my finger. Ahahaha
    The cat got his IV fluids from me and didn't flinch. I on the other hand was leery of removing another cap off a new needle.

    went to one of their shows... by 'went' i mean dragged by the wife... after two songs i sat out in the truck and cranked up godsmack and paid some kid to get me beers from the corner store... had a great time !
