I guess it depends on how she passes out.

Ask her if she likes to be spanked.

Lots of drunk men are targeted by fat women and usually wake up with regret, feel taken advantage of and repulsed by what happened.

But sadly all these miss piggy rapists walk free.

Renee you're a man hating rape supporting **** if you deny the fact men get raped because of "physiological" reasons.

Its the as bad as someone saying its a womans fault sge gets raped because she dresses like a slut.

If I was ever so lucky to have had sex when younger while passed out, I doubt I'd call that rape.
Yippee, would be more like it. If it was a female. Now, if a male did so, well, not so much.
Nothing against gay males, just not me.

One in six men raped?I am sure you read that and I bet it was on the Internet LOL so it must be true. That’s a common sense tell you that that is not true?
I have to laugh when you say you want not defending the sexual abuser. As you just accuse the women of sleeping the way to the top. It’s their faultI have to laugh
I have to say you are a true extremist and perhaps like our president even a pathological liar. I love the way you say it is “factual” that I did not buy that male victims even exist. I taught that sex Ed for 15 years and I know that males are also sexually abused.....Of course I balk. at your statistics because they’re not true. You also believe that women are these rapists. Actually most men who are raped are.. raped by other men...it’s a “guy thing” Sorry that you see women being sexually abused in tremendous numbers for centuries as just little precious victim status. Sounds to me like you have victim envy and so badly want to be a victim
You do not have to be damaged to know the truth, but you have to be damaged to not not the truth and pass it off as fact

Relax, women aren’t believed, that’s why rapes and sexual abuse went on for centuries. Now thanks to women speaking up Men are going to be much more careful. I believe that many men thought it was OK to put their hands all over women because we didn’t say anything. That is changing

The way you would feel about a make is the way women feel about a male
They usually do get the benefit of the doubt

Let men report it since it “happens so often” Men are usually raped by other men.Why don’t you start a movement and do something about this, and crime? Rather than put down women for taking action and courage me to do the same

A woman could certainly attract a rapist by dressing in an alluring fashion but still should not be attacked. I don't know about the fat thing.

The question was "why is having sex with a drunk woman considered rape?"

There is nothing in this question about reporting or starting a movement.

A man having sex with a judgement impaired drunk woman is no more rape than a woman having sex with a judgement impaired drunk man.
You wanna be equal or not?

Yes, I wanna, I wanna. When I got drunk, sex was almost always on my mind. It was also always on my mind when I wasn't drunk. As Billy Crystal once said: "A woman needs a reason to have sex. A man just needs a place". Oh, for the good old days, when we guys spent our every waking hour plotting and planning how we were going to score.

Some men are indeed animals, and women should be aware of that. I agree that no one has the right to tell anyone how to dress.

sleeping your way to the top is a choice you could say no and not get to the top of whatever organization you have to sleep your way to the top of. But if you say yes it is your fault.

I find it quite telling that you think holding women accountable for their own behavior is extreme. You've just confirmed that feminism currently is just the way women to shirk responsibility.

    It is.

I didn't say they were a true. But I don't believe one and six women are victims.

I was quoting bologna statistics because you were quoting bologna statistics.

yes I'm not a feminist I don't believe that women are perfect and without flaw. some of them can be sexual predators it's not just a guy thing.

I don't, I see fake statistics as fake.

And your fairytale is not the truth.

men who were never victimizers in the first place but the victimizers will still continue to do just what they've done.

Way to go at doing nothing.

I don't doubt that you believe all sorts of nutty things.

    It's called a victim complex.

It's always rape when you're walking the wall of shame, back to your dorm from the frats, on a Saturday morning

No, they took the drugs consensually with him, he's not a drug rapist, if he is then they raped him just as much as him they. Cosby has good grounds to appeal, arguing the judge was unduly influenced by public opinion, admitting evidence he had previously excluded with no real explanation.

No, he slipped it to them in a drink. They had no idea. Again, what is your nationality?

Or because drunken consent is still consent. Really I think we should never prosecute a he said/she said with drink or drugs involved because until someone invents an infallible lie detector you simply cannot tell. Even then one person could perceive events differently from the other,
