I am not Christian, so I do not believe in the archetypical fairytale of Mother Mary. Scientifically speaking, a man impregnates a woman and thus it is concluded that no woman gets pregnant on her own.

A "father" has no say in what a woman does with her own body. It isn't his body.

A "father" by law, has to support his children.

See, once they are CHILDREN and NOT FETUSES, they are not part of the woman's body (see what happens at BIRTH, look it up)

And , of course, you couldn't be bothered to look it up...

Try the UVVA , the Unborn Victims of Violence Act.....that puts additional charges on those who harm/kill women and their fetuses.

It has NOTHING to do with abortion.

It does NOT confer legal personhood on a fetus, nor can it, it does NOT have that power.


Some states may call it double homicide some may call it something else.....it still has NOTHING to do with a woman's right to her own body or her right to have an abortion..

 

Good point and I really hadn't thought about that angle. Man has no say in abortion but he's expected to pony up if the woman has the baby. Seems like he should at least have some say about her aborting his child especially in the third trimester when it's viable outside the womb. He should be able to say let my baby live and give it to me. Please don't kill my child.

Thanks for agreeing. A man has zero say in if the child/fetus is carried to term or aborted, and has zero say if about supporting it for 18 years, even if he doesn't want it. Got it.

And thanks for agreeing with my other point. If a fetus is not alive, is not an 'anything', how or why would additional charges be filed? if a woman is murdered and her purse is broken in the process, is there an additional charge for destruction of property?
