Bad news for the #BelieveAllWomen/Men Are Guilty Until Proven Innocent/No Due Process/We Don't Need No Stinkin' Evidence/Fact Crowd on the Left. Virginia Dems have decided they're not going to give one of their own - Democratic Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax - the Kavanaugh Treatment.

The Lieutenant Governor is still resisting calls to resign in the face of multiple rape allegations, as are racist Governor Punxsatawney Coonman who emerged from his hidey-hole in the Governor's Mansion for the first time in a week and his Brother-In-Blackface AG Mark Herring. Not sure how the anti-Semitic Democratic nominee who got outed late last week is faring, but we're all wondering which Democratic clown shoe is going to drop next...

Hmm....Interesting observation, and it doesn't just end at Doctors Tyson and Ford. The Black women who have accused Lt. Governor Fairfax of sexual assault are far more credible than the White women who accused Justice Kavanaugh of the same offense, so we're not talking about individual character here.

Not going to defend these guys, but it is my understanding that the Virginia Constitution only allows for impeachment for offenses related to the office.
It seems to be a legal decision to hold off on impeachment proceedings, not a political one.

The story about his staffers jumping ship is quite noteworthy. Fairfax was considered a rising star in Virginia politics and it was assumed he would follow Punxsutawney Coonman into the Governor's Mansion and then use that as a springboard into national politics. Being a party hack for several years enabled him to make connections with Dims at the national level, too.

I suspect the staff members who left see the writing on the wall - Fairfax's political future has been destroyed by the rape allegations. Even if he escapes criminal charges (I expect he will) and serves out his term (less certain) his political career is over. Evidently, the staffers have wisely decided to get the F out immediately and hitch their fortunes to some other rising star's wagon.

Attorney General Shoepolish face is the only Flaming Dumpstercrat left in high office that has a glimmer of a political future, but he's probably dead meat, too. His legal career could be finished, too. I know I wouldn't retain a lawyer with his bad judgment - there are too many good lawyers out there.

 

Yeah, and now Kharma has caught up with the Flaming Dumpstercrats. Governor Coonman's career is over. The rising star of his heir apparent, Justin Fairfax, has crashed back to earth and the Dim following behind him is covered in blackface.

To make matters worse, they've covered their entire party in sh*t as we enter the 2020 election cycle. Had this happened in a state that isn't one of the bedroom communities of the national political media this circus freak show wouldn't be getting anywhere near the attention it's getting nationwide. In fact, it probably would have gotten shoved down the Memory Hole by now. To make matters worse, all three of those cripples are digging in their heels and will still be around next November to remind everyone of the Dims' phony pretenses and abject hypocrisy.

You're correct that our constitution only allows for impeachment in cases involving criminal offenses that are committed by public officials while they are in office. The Democratic delegate who emptily pledged to initiate impeachment proceedings against Lt. Gov. Fairfax knows this, too. Obviously, his threat was thoroughly political in the first place. Little wonder he retracted it first thing Monday morning...

 

Fairfax Accuser Brings Sexual Assault Complaint to Boston D.A.

The media is going to find it harder and harder to downplay this, and to justify downplaying it when they eagerly hyped up Blasey's allegations.

Blasey never specified a date or place or even a year.

And she certainly never went to the DA. She went to... her "beach friends."

A woman who accused Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax of sexually assaulting her in Boston nearly 15 years ago will meet with prosecutors to discuss her allegations, her attorney said Wednesday.

Vanessa Tyson will meet with members of the Suffolk County district attorney’s office to detail her accusations against Fairfax, attorney Debra Katz said in a statement. It came days after District Attorney Rachael Rollins sent a letter to Tyson's legal team to inform them that her office is prepared to investigate should Tyson file a criminal complaint.

"Usually in sexual assault cases we are not public in any way, but this individual chose to self-report and issued a statement and has a law firm and I felt compelled quite frankly to make sure that her firm knew that we stand ready, willing and able to assist in any way possible," Rollins, a Democrat who took office last month, said in an interview Wednesday.​

The Massachusetts statute of limitations for rape or assault with the intent of committing rape is 15 years, so she would just barely get her complaint in before the statute of limitations tolled.

In Massachusetts, rape means the penetration of any bodily orifice by any part of the body, or by an object, Performed against the victim's will, without consent, and with the threat of or actual use of force.​

 

WOW that's explosive....not looking good for the DNC and Fairfax personally.....the DNC having someone in office who's under indictment?? Doesn't get much worse. But they'll continue to support him...the DNC made clear they were going to no matter what out of fear of the Speaker getting the top spot.

 

Depends on whether the Grand Jury thinks there are grounds for an indictment. She has no witnesses, and he says what occurred was consensual. I don't see how there is enough her to meet the criminal standard of proof. A civil suit would open up discovery, but if he's smart and doesn't get caught in any lies, well, this is the difficult thing about proving rape after consensual kissing. Nearly by definition you are alone, without witnesses with a person who is physically much stronger than you.

 

Already more legitimate than 'beach friends', and she didn't take her case to the government like a certain other spectacle. I believe her.
