    https://www.cnn.com/2019/02/13/politics/trump-border-security-deal/index.html

Here is a list of what is included in the border package deal: https://www.cnn.com/2019/02/12/politics/border-security-deal-details/index.html

After shutting down the government, Trump is getting even less wall than Senate Democrats originally offered. There are also restrictions on the type of wall that can be built, restrictions that were previously rejected by Trump, including explicit restrictions on the use of concrete walls.

The plan also funds 40,520 detention beds, but permits DHS to move around enough funds to pay for up to 52,000 detention.

Additionally, the proposal adds a $1.7 Billion increase to the DHS funding primarily for technology, ports of entry security, customs officers and humanitarian aid.

As always, Trump's intention comes with the caveat that he might decide to throw a temper tantrum after reading criticisms from all the conservative blogosphere folks (specifically Fox & Friends and Sean Hannity) and shut down the government.

Just like he did after signaling that he would sign the 97-0 senate approved CR bill before he reneged and shut down the government.

It ain't over until the fat man signs.

There is a link in the OP about Senate Democrats originally offering 65 miles in border wall funding in the 2018 DHS funding bill.

See if you can find it.

Ohh Ohhh... I found it... Was the second dot under Barrier Funding...

It involves a little math however, so I expect it to go over some heads....

So you're telling me Trump is going to sign off on LESS barrier funding/mileage than was offered him in 2018??

Tee Hee.... Art of the Deal indeed.. If the Dems wanted to be mean, they could hold out until Trump offered his own money to build something, but since it's likely he has no money, that wouldn't work so well...

Nancy Pelosi as reported by CNN on January 3rd:

"Are you willing to come up and give him some of this money for the wall?" NBC's Savannah Guthrie asked Pelosi in an interview slated to air in full Thursday.
"No, no. Nothing for the wall," Pelosi replied. "We're talking about border security."

"We can go through this all back and forth -- no," Pelosi added. "How many more times can we say no? Nothing for the wall."

    Trump still wins!

LMAO... 55 miles of border barrier.... Here's Trump during the campaign

“They built the Great Wall of China. That’s 13,000 miles. Here, we actually need 1,000 because we have natural barriers,” he said. “So we need 1,000.”

    1000? -------- 55?

    55? ----------- 1000?

He and the New Orleans Saints - Big winners in 2019!!

The democrats blocked the Republican bill in the Senate because it contained border wall funding. Pelosi said that wall funding was a non starter.

So this cements it. Dems are for open borders, mass illegal immigration, and sanctuary/crime filled cities. Next presidential election should be fun.

And cons are for open government corruption, not paying employees for work, and adultery.

Democrats did not block that bill in the slightest.

And Pelosi said that wall funding in exchange for opening the government was a non-starter. But just as important is the fact that Trump said anything less than 5.7 billion for his wall was a non-starter.

Zero democrats voted for the wall funding in the Senate bill and it takes 60 to pass. The next Senate bill to keep government open included zero wall funding.

I agree, the blind stereotypes you listed are ridicules, and not even stereotypes of conservatives. So it's even more fun.

The points I listed are not simple stereotypes, they are backed up by actual members of the government with D's next to their names all across the country.

The only thing the left has wanted was a Trump defeat. So will Pelosi capitulate and fund the wall?

The winning party in the House only won by a combined total of at least 9.8 million votes once in US history. Good try though.

I gave you a link to a bipartisan agreement that provided 65 miles of border. Keep spouting bullshit based on zero knowledge if you must.

Trump caved during the shutdown by signing a bill that he could have gotten on day 1, after costing the US taxpayers ~3 billion in economic damage.

And now he is about to cave again by signing a bill that provides funding for 10 miles fewer of fencing than he would have gotten if he had signed the bipartisan funding bill before shutting down the government.

I think there is a good chance that Trump will sign the proposed appropriations bill and. before the ink dries, announce a national emergency. Though I would not bet large on anything.

Good. Then you think you have done well.

Trump was played by Ryan and the GOPe that ran the House. They could have passed immigration reform and appropriated money for the wall when the GOP held the House and Senate. But the GOPe dragged their feet, made future promises that didn’t pan out and hemmed and hawed because they don’t care why the people elected Trump and they don’t really want immigration reform. Failure theater, business as usual for the GOPe, except, that the anti-Trumper GOP no longer holds the House and if the GOP retakes the House in 2020, they won't be returned to power like they were when the Tea Party recovered the House in 2010.

    Long Game
