Mental health of capability should never be an excuse for taking a life. You have to have an IQ of 40 or less to claim insanity and no I think even someone that stupid should have to face the full force of the law, even if they were mentally 1 year old.

Mental health is NOT a reason for taking a life and I NEVER said it was.



There are mental health diseases that have nothing to do with IQs.

IMO, It's quite harsh, cruel, meaningless, irresponsible, barbaric, and stupid to advocate that someone with the mental capacity of a one year old should suffer the "full force of the law".
