I suspect, cops who are out there "trying to stay alive" are in fact the problem cops. They are mainly the ones shooting unarmed citizens.

You show us where you are correct. You might be on the total number, but how about as a % of the segregated population.
Perhaps if we can weed out systemic racism, we can move past certain color people getting shot because of skin color and shot because they are actually a threat.

 

We ask the police to do things which the rest of society cannot. African American males are the most violent section of society by every survey ever taken. They are right to be cautious.

Last time I checked,... the AA got a much shorter tradition that the massive discrimination against black people. I have yet to see any proof that white people ended this on a large scale.

Just imagine if young white men had to fear the government like young black men do. The far right would be demanding that the 2d Amendment be applicable at all times and that cops be disarmed.
