There isn't much detail to go off of. One report states that the officer was suspended for his actions pending an investigation. There isn't any report of whether the officer was in the wrong. However, if it did happened the way it is reported, then the officer should be fired.

You have more than enough COLLECTIVE WEALTH to model every successful industry in the country. You begin with one industry, model it to perfection, run it better than anyone else, exports lines of trade between the United States and every willing country in Africa, double its output and revenues, then use that cap growth to launch the next model in the Industry of your choosing. Wash, rinse, dry, fold, put away and REPEAT!
