That's not evidence that cops in general are extending white privilege. It's just a warning to be aware of white supremacists in law enforcement. It's no more proof that most cops are racist than saying to be aware when buying raw produce as there are reported E. Coli cases involving them.

If you are a brilliant intelligent Black man who gets, cheated, when lesser-qualified Whites are chosen by White execs, over you...then...you happily accept an Affirmative Action academic scholarship to Yale, again, because you and the granting org and the Yale Univ all agreed, that we live in a "White Privilegr" type of nation where lesser-qualified Whites get opportunities over brilliant-Blacks who those opportunities should have in fact went to. That's why JFK died, for drafting the CRA'64 legislation.

You then became celebrated as a foe of cheated, Blacks, by making it all the way to the SCOTUS when a racist White U.S. President nominated you to racist White Congress. And one of the first things you do, on the SCOTUS bench, is vote against Affirmative Action in academia. Same Affirmative Action, which kept your brilliant mind from being, cheated, by racism's 'White Privilege' which rules over America.

Only one of two things had happened, in him "thinking for himself" as you put it.
