The qualified students denied admission would fall under the protection of that statute.

 

Expulsions should happen. They didn't earn their places in those schools. But, all of those schools are guilty of a far bigger and more systemic scandal in their admissions discrimination against: Asians, Whites, Local Resident Students are all discriminated against in massive amounts making this event tiny in comparison.

McGlashan made Vanity Fair‘s 2017 list of the 100 most influential people in business, politics and technology as CEO of The Rise Fund, a $2 billion impact-investment platform co-founded with U2’s Bono, Richard Branson and Jeff Skoll among others. With Robert Simonds he also helped co-found STX Entertainment.

In 2014, TPG paid $225 million in equity for a majority stake in the Hollywood agency.
