First i explained my reference to years is the 737. Never in my wildest imagination did i think Boeing changed the 737 so radically that the Max 8 version could change that much.

I know the Max 8 flew for about a year. That is still enough time for problems to show up.

First approved for commercial operation by the FAA on March 8, 2017, the MAX is just beginning to be delivered in large volumes.

Try but Hillary! Maybe it will work better for you.

    Over 5000 are on order.

About 374 delivered. 350 in the flying fleet. I would say for problems to be systemic, they should be very apparent by now.

    They are apparent.
If the entire fleet had a similar problem 100 planes would have crashed since the first 737-8 went down.

This is rare for us, but I agree on that. Maybe the entire fleet would have crashed.

From CNN's article. When the anonymous "officials" claiming the delay caused the accidents come forward and state their names like acting FAA Administrator Daniel Elwell did then I'll listen. Till then file it under more fake news.

That's why we have the FAA.
    It's called regulation.
Except we didn't have that part of the FAA during Trump's shutdown.

It amazes me how so many are quick to say it's Trump's fault for everything bad and give him zero credit for anything good!

And why is it that every freaking time something goes wrong we blame people, for legal things, like Clinton for a shutdown, instead of fixing things. If the manufacturer can't fix its own crap, and needs the FAA, and the FAA can't approve something because they can't work because of a legal "Clinton" shutdown, then GROUND THE FRACKING PLANES, and shut the fracking hell up about "Clinton's" shutdown.

Leagal? Yeah, I guess. Stupid? For sure.
But really, Clinton? It sure looked like Trump on TV.
Yeah, they should have grounded them, but we all know Boeing told Trump he was pretty so he didn't want to make them feel bad.

    Try, but Obama! Maybe better.

Yeah, CLINTON had a shutdown, they happen.

When Raygun was going to have a shutdown (that didn't happen) the supervisor said we would not get paid, and someone said that they would not work, he was quickly reminded that we were in the military, I was probably three feet from a plane's jet engine on a stand. I remember the picture. Shutdowns happen, they have happened, they will happen again. Years later when working for the manufacturer one of our planes took a nose dive, like that day some guy came around to recertify me for something, I know exactly where I was sitting in the plane, and everybody's all sad face, you can't help but think about the billions of fracking things that can go wrong. Like rumors were an instrument was found thirty feet underground.

If Congress needs to set up a "credit card" for the FAA, don't blame a shutdown.

    Watch this, **** happens:

    Why's that?

I mean seriously guy. Please give up on the argument that Trump did not shutdown the government simply because he did not issue a veto on a spending bill. It is not convincing.

Can't veto a bill unless it went through both sides of Congress. That is how laws are passed. If he did not veto a bill then Congress hold responsibility for the shut down also. How do you not see something that simple.
