    Trump would not be to blame for what this nut writes in his Manifesto. But he is to blame for his, once again, lukewarm "rebuke" of his being tagged as a white supremacist.

    It most definitely sounds like a dog-whistle to other nuts around the world. I'm not saying that it's intentional.... but I don't see how it could be interpreted by them any other way....
