Why didn't they share all of this knowledge with the rest of the FBI, if they were such wonderful loyal people?

She didn't. She simply quoted from the transcript and in so doing exposed the lies Trumpers were told to believe.

She quoted from questioning by Jackson Lee, one of the most partisan democrats in the house. It would have been more persuasive, if she had been questioned by someone less partisan. This whole OP is a joke.

Why didn't the FBI alert Trump to possible Russian involvement?

What???!!! Top level FBI execs were aware of all of this. It's the reason why the FBI ultimately thought a counter-intel investigation was necessary.

You have it backwards. Why didn't Trump alert the FBI to all the overtures of help from Russians? At one point both Hillary's and Don's campaigns were warned about possible attempts the Russian might make to infiltrate the campaigns. They were told to contact the FBI if such attempts were made. Don already knew the Russians had made numerous contacts with his campaign and said nothing.

FBI warned Trump in 2016 Russians would try to infiltrate his campaign

    https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-new...ans-would-try-infiltrate-his-campaign-n830596

WASHINGTON — In the weeks after he became the Republican nominee on July 19, 2016, Donald Trump was warned that foreign adversaries, including Russia, would probably try to spy on and infiltrate his campaign, according to multiple government officials familiar with the matter.

The warning came in the form of a high-level counterintelligence briefing by senior FBI officials, the officials said. A similar briefing was given to Hillary Clinton, they added. They said the briefings, which are commonly provided to presidential nominees, were designed to educate the candidates and their top aides about potential threats from foreign spies.

The candidates were urged to alert the FBI about any suspicious overtures to their campaigns, the officials said.

There is a difference between investigating and actively trying to bring down a candidate.

If they were trying to bring the candidate down they could have easily done so by going public with the fact that an investigation of Russian contacts and the campaign had been launched.

Its not a question of forwards or backwards.

When the FBI gathered actual evidence of the attempts, why didn't they alert Trump that actual attempts had been made? They are supposed to do so.

Think about what I said for a moment. The FBI was meticulous about keeping their investigation secret from the public when exposing it and the reasons for it would have sunk Trump's candidacy. Yet they are accused of being biased against him. It's absurd.

Why didn't Trump alert them? Why did he hide those contacts from US intel agencies? Why didn't he immediately tell US authorities that his son had been offered campaign assistance from the Russian government?

Think about it. Was Strzok and Page sharing the fruits of their investigation with the rest of the FBI?

Why do you pretend top FBI execs were not aware of what the agency had found regarding the Russians and the campaign? The decision not to go public with the ongoing investigation was made at the highest level of the FBI.

You are ignoring my point. Strzok and Page were headed off in their own independent vendetti and not sharing it with the rest of the FBI.

Putting aside your ridiculous, fever swamp assertion about Page and Strzok.......which is proven incorrect by the AG's investigation.......the point is there was ample information known inside the FBI that could easily have been used to sabotaged the Trump campaign if........as the fever swamp claims...........it was an organization run by people with an anti-Trump bias.

So you believe that the messages that Strzok and Page were passing back and forth were shared with the FBI. If you do, I have 46 acres of prime Pacific shoreline I would like to sell you. Strzok and Page were acting as rogue agents and were appropriately sent packing by the FBI.. And then we have the questioning by Jackson Lee that you are trying to sell. Your OP is a complete bust. Give it up, You are looking foolish.

    Because Trump is stupid.

Why didn't the FBI alert Trump? Are they stupid, too?

Please stop being intentionally obtuse. The messages Page and Strzok were sending back and forth HAD ABSOLUTELY NO BEARING ON WHAT WAS KNOWN INSIDE THE FBI ABOUT RUSSIAN CONTACTS WITH THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN. NONE.
The decision not to go public with the fact that the campaign was being investigated..........a decision having nothing to do with what Page and Strzok were doing.............by the FBI's top brass completely refutes the claim by Don and the minions that the FBI was acting in a biased way against him. If such bias existed the FBI could have effectively ended his candidacy by leaking the existence of the investigation to the media during the summer of 2016.

I've had to repeat essentially the same point 3 times now. A point you apparently think you are countering by making specious claims about P&S. IT ISN'T WORKING.

He is ignorant, but not stupid. He certainly was smart enough to know when something needed to be covered up..........which he did by sending out a PR about Donnie J's Tower meeting that was a lie.

Absolutely. They were rogue agents heading off on their own. That was why they no longer work for the FBI. Yet you are trying to sell Page's testimony when being questioned by a completely partisan Jackson Lee.

And why didn't the FBI alert the Trump campaign about Russian infiltration?

Were they ignorant but not stupid too? They are supposed to do this sort of thing.
