I am asking in the OP for the people in denial, to prove their point. And so far it's crickets.
At best there was a poster who came up with an example that cops were called on a white dude who was seen with a gun. Subsequently they came with their guns out, and eventually they shot the guy because he was reaching for his waist. That's not even in the ballpark of a guy who is harassed by cops with their guns out for picking up trash in his on yard.

And he wasn't picking up trash in his back yard,

He was sitting on the front porch.

You can tell by the way he was giving the police lip,
