    It's a problem with copyright law. If there were no copyright law, there would be no possibility of a lawsuit putting a startup out of business and stifling competition and innovation.

    And Apple would gladly pay the costs even if they lose in the end. The suit will go on for years and the company will be out of business by then.

    So... because our legal system is ****ed, let's just get rid of intellectual property laws and pretend we fixed the issue?

    After our legal system is no longer ****ed, I will entertain the idea of eliminating copyright and patent.
