    What utter bullshit
Youve trolled me ever since I spoke up against islam years ago.
I never condoned the shooting, nor did I ever say it was their fault as you are alleging.
The very fact that you call "us" right wing nutters suggests you are a left wing nutter...
My criticisms recently have been of the media and the over the top attitude of the NZ PM just to secure
    votes from the muslim community.
You say there are certain things you dislike about islam, but you never post those opinions.
How about you stay true to your word and tell us of the things you dont like about islam.

She has said nothing of the kind. She has simply said that those killed are NZers and that we should mourn together as we have. You are now on ignore.

    Hmmm,
from my own experience it seems harder get close to Muslim people. There appears to be a bit of an invisible wall, which I found odd. A good working colleague of mine is from Turkey, and he would never let you down when at work, always helpful. But I have never received an invitation for a bbq or such.
To me multiculturalism is a gift, and I am happily or eagerly interested in people I don't know, from different cultures, from different backgrounds and stories to tell. But with Muslim it is just that bit harder.....
The other issue I have, although not as extreme as some on this forum, is the head and/or face cover. It is something which should belong to the past, however it is still too present for my liking. A woman is a woman, of same value or status than a man, not a dog you can boss around. At least in my world....
I have learned (and it was part of my upbringing) to ask questions and speak about any subject, but I am not sure to what extent these questions or talks would be allowed in your world?

Wasnt one of my criticisms of the NZ PM the request by her for everyone (men and women) to wear a hibjab. You say you dont like the head or face cover but condemn me for saying the same thing.
Arent you being a bit hypocritical..
Perhaps the reason your workmate doesnt invite you to his bbq is he thinks youre a dirty kaffir.
Isnt that a lack of assimilation....you would invite him to your bbq...wouldnt you....
You make no mention of the manner in which women are treated by islam...but you say a woman is a woman of same value as a man...arent you dancing around the pathetic treatment of women by islam.
What about the beating of women by their husbands, which islam condones.
What about the lack of rights a woman has in a divorce.
What about the way a mans prayers are cancelled if a woman or a dog walks in front a man whilst
    he is praying....
What about the app which is used in Saudi Arabia to stop women from leaving SA without her husbands
    consent.
What about the honour killings of women in overseas countries because they smiled at a non muslim or didnt take her husband shopping and went alone.
You seem to skirt around all these topics...you just say you dont like the head coverings......
I think you dislike islam more than you want to admit to yourself...youre in denial.......

    Yes Billy,
    how right you are...
*yasureoktoo* asked what I didn't like about Islam, and I gave her/him an honest answer. That has nothing to do with me hating Islam.
There are things I don't like about Christianity, as there are some priests making sure that a 13 year old boy knows what a headjob is, for example....

When did you give me an answer
You said there are things you don't like about Islam.
I asked you what they are.

And changing the subject to some other religion is not an answer/

You are the one who claimed there was things about Islam that you don't like.
I asked you a few times what they were.
    You have not replied.

You offered unrelated excuses and attacks on other religions,

But did not answer the direct question.

    That made no sense whatsoever.
I'm not blaming the 50 dead people.

I am blaming the religion of Islam for the mentality of terrorism.

and it will only get worse.
On both sides, because neither one will back off.

Islamic terror is the starting point.
Are you going to use the same harsh talk against the Muslims
They will get reprocusions from a few groups as time goes on.
    apparently the neo-nazis acted first.

You are not to realistic in some fantasy world.

As Islam practices their religion, spreading terror, killing innocents, and generally spewing violent hatred throughout the world, they are stepping on some toes, a lot of them, and sooner or later people are going to strike back.

Apparently we have reached that point.

It isn't a comp on who can find the biggest and best terrorist event to lord it over everybody else.

Actually there was nothing in your reply to indicate what you didn't like about Islam.
You said there were things about Islam you didn't like, and hem/hawed around an answer.

I could write a list, a pretty long one.

Simply over complicating the issue to try and find some semblance of difference. Not uncommon but diverts from the basis of trying to find some solution or action to help prevent future actions.

As to the notoriety, As I say, I do believe that point is more complicated but yes does play small part.
It is hard to find figures on these issues because just as your first post.

Really, we seem to have gotten off track here.

This isn’t a bash on Islam or the finger pointing exercise. The point is to examine Australia’s policy and reactions to see if there is some way to counter this from occurring again. Australia cannot criticise or lecture other nations on Terrorism until it addresses it’s home grown terrorists.

Politicising, marginalising and over complication of the issues does nothing to prevent, it simply goes further to promote close your eyes to the issues at the cost of further gutless actions.

    No,
looking at recent history it really started with the Iraq War, lead under the US, Britain and my country.
This war can be seen as starting point of ISIS, which was founded in 2004 in Iraq.
Your question was answered in my reply to you, #30.
But I sense it doesn't matter what people think or say, as long it is directed against Islam, isn't it?

If you look at recent history you can start it any time you like.
If you look at Islamic history, it started 1400 years ago.

    Bullsh0t..
You didn't say one thing about Islam in that post.

You claimed there were things you didn't like about Islam.

Now it is obvious, you really don't know anything about Islam.

And ISIS, Al Queda, and all the other groups, ( There are about 200 of them,
    started 1400 years ago.
The names change, the people change.
But they are people who live by the written text of the religion, living in the footstep of Muhammed..
For over 1000 years they were armed with swords, well now they have money,
and support from other Islamic nations.
They have modern weapons, with which to practice their religion more efficiently.

You have in the messenger a beautiful pattern of conduct to follow. ( Qur'an )

    Sorry love,
but if someone is that much up his/her own arse with the hatred and prejudice of another religion, words become secondary.
I wished you see the beautiful in people one day, and put your hatred to rest.
A word of advice, take at trip to Iraq and help rebuilding what the likes of yours have destroyed....

LOL, twist your post??? what is it you said???

"those who say Right-wingers are internally focussed... they look only inside their borders
those who say Islamists are externally focussed.... they look inside and outside their borders"

As I believe somebody else has pointed out, I didn’t know Terrorism had distinct political leanings.

Just another point on the fact of attack posters for trying to take away your moral standing, the point that terrorism has predominant religious slant as to the fact that majority acts have been committed by Islamic protagonists of late. This is devoid of the fact that majority of attacks are committed on Islamic people.

So tell me, how is it twisting??? Show distinct lack of comprehension of what terrorism is and decide to set it to a political agenda and I am twisting your words.

Again, you miss the point and would rather attack the person. You are trying to look to categorise while the point is prevention.
But hey, way to go, call yourself a victim. After all, all those Right leaning nut jobs are the only people to ever commit terrorist acts in the world, unless of course they are Muslim… Go figure.

Yes if you think Rightwingers commit more terror then clearly you are ignoring ISIS.. there's no comparison... honestly I can't believe you are even disputing this point. Please inform me how rightwingers are worse than ISIS

^^^^ THIS is my point..anything else is a twist on your behalf

A metal drummer in New Zealand has been charged with setting two fires at Mormon churches. Probably hate crimes are more common in New Zealand than we thought. New Zealand does not keep comprehensive record of hate crimes.

I am not disputing your point, YOU are. I am pointing out you miss the point that it is about prevention NOT categorising or politicising as that just convolutes the issue.

For example, YOUR talk or right-wing and left wing is devoid of the point that terrorism is an act of violence or the threat of violence carried out for political purposes. Since many want to point to several wars such as Iraq war, forces used terrorism. The fact is, terrorism is not bound by any political leanings or beliefs. It can be as simple as a threat of attack by overwhelming forces or a lone gunman as in this case.

So to suggest I am twisting your comment is factually false, I simply point out you are trying to convolute the issue. If you think That is twisting your comment so be it, but again you comment is politicising terrorism while the point is prevention.
