Nonsense. Even with everyone on board just that coast to coast high speed rail would take longer than ten years to build. There simply aren't enough track layers and tracks for high speed rail are a whole other level of difficulty over and above anything that's previously been laid in the US. Then we don't have enough manufacturing to make enough solar panels and wind turbines and enough trained crews to install them in every building in the US in a decade.

Huh??? Of course they have. Flooding here in Florida due to sea level rising is a huge problem. Homes in my neighborhood were far from any flood zone when I bought my house in 2003. Now flood insurance is mandatory for everybody who buys a home here.

They used to mark your driver's license if you lived in a flood area. They don't do that anymore because the whole state is considered a flood area.
