Well, that would be interesting news. I imagine it's bullshit, but he's welcome to make any claim he likes, as long as it can be backed up in court.

There was talk at one time about Sessions giving Assange immunity to testify. We agree on one thing, it WILL be interesting.

Oh, yeah! The donks were happy to let him rot in the embassy. There's a lot of donks crapping their panties this a.m. for Barr getting Assange back here. :democrat: :icon_shithitsthefan

Personally I think if you manage to escape prison you should get an unconditional pardon and the warden of the prison should have to take up your sentence.

That'd keep them on their toes for sure.

this isn't good news for you liberals so I wouldn't be cheering if I was you
Assange has information he might use to get some plea deal information I know you wouldn't want to be made public

remember liberals Assange knows who truly gave him those hacked emails and he swore it didn't come from any government didn't come from Russia
So do you really want him to reveal with proof how he got those hacked emails?
    because I surely do

I'm sure he kept records of the communications with the one that handed him those hacked emails and he might just use that to get some plea deal

remember liberals the WaPo and the classified pentagon papers that they published and how they won in court when they was charged for releasing classified information
so this isn't an open and shut case there is precedence

It's not only him. He's got associates all over the world. The question is: How much dirt they've got on the 'elites' across the globe? Incidentally, those guys who arrested him were not members of the Metropolitan police. He was arrested by Mi5 operatives. Literally dragged out.

Real rapists in Sweden have been sentenced to less than 4 years.
So in the case of Assange it would be much less than that (if hypothetically he were convicted of exactly what he was accused of doing).

Very true.... it all depends on how Assange gets his information.

I'm the farthest thing from a knowledgeable person on the history of Julian Assange, but I understand he participated in getting some of his information, versus just receiving stolen information. That's a huge difference.

MSNBC just reported that he is charged in the US of Conspiracy of Computer Intrusion, which is a far cry from what the WaPo did by getting something already stolen....

The meta data shows conclusively that the dnc emails were downloaded onto a usb portable drive. They were not "hacked" but "leaked."

This seems to me to be the key charge in the indictment.

Surely, you don't believe THAT is the action of a "publisher like any other news organization"??

I remember when Assange was the darling of the left, that’s when he was ratting on Bush, and his misdeeds. After he cost Shillary the White House, he became public enemy number one.

I have read the same and showed the proof more then the intel community has given with their claims and with the evidence they spied on the Trump campaign I tend not to give our intel agencies much trust
so I'm very curious if Assange backs that up with his proof

sorry I don't have much trust in our intel agency not under Obama not when Brennan and Clapper was running them they have already been proven liars
so I demand proof not just their words

The key to the Rich Seth murder is in his hands. His testimony under oath that the source of the DNC leaks, the HRC hacks. The DNC et al must be terrified today. And well they should be.
