A wonderful tribute. My two wives never at any point called our children in the womb, fetus. We called our daughters in the womb, our babies. We loved those girls. Both moms are gone now but i love both of our daughters. Both daughters have wonderful children. What a blessing we did not think of them as fetus.

Hell for that matter, now you sound like Singer does when he argues that up to a particular age, the parents retain the right to kill the child. As long as it is not an adult, they are totally responsible for it. And hell, many kids die each year which makes it okay.

Couldn't that be adapted into an argument for murder? Why does God commit so many accidental deaths if he's so against murder? I'm not religious, I am pro-choice, but not for me or my family. I will always push to raise it or at least adopt it out. If my partner wants otherwise there's nothing to do but it'd probably be a red line for me and ruin the relationship.
