Appearing at a Fox News-hosted town hall, smack in the middle of Trump Country, the Democratic presidential front-runner played the part, swatting down tough questions from the hosts about health care, defense spending and his newfound wealth. At one point, the Vermont senator even led the network’s audience in a call-and-response that found them cheering loudly for his policies.

One thing you're failing to keep in mind; trump has to run for re-election to trounce anyone and we aren't yet sure that will happen.

 

Well I don't agree with President Trump this time. Only Fox dare challenge a liberal on their wacky theories of governance. But on the other hand, I do expect to see the MSM go on the attack against the old guard Democrats to clear a path for the "Chosen One", Camel Hairs.

More democrats should go on FOX because they are the most fair and balanced as they showed with Sanders.

I think it will good for the GOP and the country to have someone challenging the raving lunatic currently occupying the Oval Office. It might remind them how informed Repub candidates with integrity who run because they want to help the country and not themselves sound.

 

It might remind people why we stayed far clear of self-promoting pandering establishment politicians who have no intentions of actually solving the problems they campaign on.

Truly if Trump was half as bad as the deranged Media says, there would be 17 more Republican hopefuls doing their best to take Trump down a notch.

 

It was a good thing for Bernie Sanders to address a FOX town hall. Other Democrats are lining up to do likewise. FOX is likely to be busy hosting Democrats this time around because 1) the Democratic bench is deep with talent, and 2) the Democrats are targeting the FOX audience. The welcome mat has been out for the GOP at all major news outlets (including CNN and MSNBC). Couple of takers is about it. Sorry the Bernie town meeting wasn't nasty enough for Trump. I guess most folks aren't built that way.

Absolutely Democrats should go on Fox. Receiving an education, some for the first time in their life, would be beneficial to their audience

Personally, I have other favorites. But he is impressive.

The Tweeter-in-Chief seems to be having difficulty processing why his fawning sycophant network didn't spend their time making baseless, fact free attacks on Bernie and instead listened to what he said.

 

Fox treats is fair and balanced, as they advertise. MSNBC and CNN, not so much.
