Illinois Bar Drops Hammer on Kim Foxx Over Jussie Smollett Case, Lays Out Possible Illegal Actions

Source update: Chicago prosecutors surrendered Foxx's texts in pusuant to FOIA request filed by the Chicago Tribune. No Foxx staffer co-operated or has been swept up, as I had previously suspected.

In this case here, there would be no rail roading. So, you seem to intimate that since some blacks have been rail roaded, that we should just give other blacks a pass, when they break our laws? Smollet's alleged crime is particularly harmful, to society, more so than a purse snatcher, given the nature of what he looks to have done.

Our police have corrupt elements in it, and this has always been the case. And we should never accept it, but then we should never accept crimes like Smollet allegedly tried to do either.

 

How about just fire her, given she let an important incident go unpunished and unprosecuted? Hell, they could have offered him a plea deal, with just a fine, if he admitted to the crime.

Not like this was just white people wanting him charged and prosecuted, but the black police chief. The police chief did not care if Smollet was black or white. He just saw a crime and a cost to his dept in getting to the bottom of it, and for naught!

 

She'd have already been fired ... she's an elected official. CPD issued an unprecidented vote of no confidence. That's the limit and extent of their legal input.

Why? Make him responsible for the restitution for the inconvenience he caused to the CPD, the local courts, etc. Think the bill is like couple hundred grand. Make him write a check, and then, forget about him.

 

Don't deflect from this outrageous miscarriage of justice. Perhaps some justice will be served if he's slapped with federal charges. She should be disbarred. She said she recused herself and then after she did this, she said she really didn't recuse herself.Funny how she did this after speaking with Obama connections...no wonder Chicago is a MESS!

Pay all the fines first, obviously. And hopefully the private sector will treat him accordingly and never let him work as an actor again, since he's a lying, racist scumbag. It took a a while for Mel Gibson to be allowed to work again and he was the cream of the crop of Hollywood. But he'll never recapture what he had and for good reason. He said some pretty vile stuff. But he never actually did anything wrong. Just said words. What Smollett did was SO MUCH WORSE and damaged race relations. Hopefully he has something to fall back on.

Not a lot of people get away with 1st being privileged to get the investigative commitment Smollett recieved via false accusations, and then still get the privilege of lenience for both the false report and the cost of the extensive investigation. The "so called hoax" mantra is why I posted the update. Smollett says he's innocent, and he is far from that. I've pointed the finger at Smollett & Foxx righteously my friend. And not at the expense of other posters.

 

Called out? I needed to be called out? Um, no. Once I was made aware of the updates in the case, I commented on it, and I made my incredible psychic prediction that turned out to be a perfect bullseye.

A bullcrap "filing a false police statement" charge would suffice, just so it's a matter of official record that he's a lying, race-baiting scumbag, and a then a massive fine against him in order to pay back the taxpayer money he wasted.
