You are claiming "capital justice" can be more moral than social justice.

In America, the corrupt bipartisan ruling political class operates the government, the "public sector" to serve its own interests. It has nothing but contempt for "the people", especially voters.

“They gather, all the brands, at the self-referential festivals, like the April White House Correspondents Association dinner, whose buffet of “pre-parties” and “after-parties” now number more than two dozen– because a single banquet, it is clear, cannot properly celebrate the full achievements of the People Who Run Your Country. … The insider swarm has been known by various names: “Permanent Washington”. “The Political Class”. “The Chattering Class”. “The Usual Suspects”. “The Beltway Establishment”. “The Echo Chamber”. “The Echo System”. “The Gang of 500”. “The Gang of 600”. “The Movable Mess”. “The Club”.
Mark Leibovich, This Town, Penguin Books, 2013, p. 8.

All governments tend to operate in a similar manner.

Show the study that found this statement to be true. You need to corroborate your statements with factual evidence!

it does seem like our politicians prefer to fabricate policies instead of rely on our Constitution for guidance.

Law is a very annoying obstacle for any political class. The discovery of new ways to skirt the law is always a high priority for them

Do you need a study to know that the sun sets in the West? ;-)

The fact that equal protection of the law does not exist in any socialist country is self evident.

    It works rather like this.

“The system is functioning precisely how they want it to function. Gridlock, complex laws, highly technical bills, and regulations that target specific groups have a commercial purpose for the Permanent Political Class.” EXTORTION, "How Politicians Extract Your money, Buy Votes, And Line Their Own Pockets, Peter Schweizer, HMO, NY, NY, 2013, p. 8.

MMT also proposes the elimination of involuntary under-employment. Having an above poverty job (with no more than 40hr/week) is a powerful antidote to depression, demoralization, and criminality.

Can Fairtax provide a guaranteed above poverty income for the un/under-employed? Anything less makes it unworthy of consideration.

    1. So you agree with Universal Healthcare? Good. (I believe Trump did a decade ago).
    2. You need a certain minimum amount of money to be free of financial stress, and free to take control of your own destiny.
    3. "Even the so called poor in America should have less money". Will the poor be able to afford clean accommodation in healthy surroundings, a healthy diet - and an active lifestyle - on less money?
When solely profit-driven junk advertising of junk food and drink (a speciality of free-enterprise capitalism) has worse outcomes for the less educated poor?

Congress gets paid to make laws for the Union, not themselves.

That might work when you are denied equal protection of the law - if you are very lucky.

The real pay for politicians involves making laws to generate pay-offs for themselves.

“Getting Rich has become the great bipartisan ideal: “No Democrats and Republicans in Washington anymore, only millionaires”, goes the maxim. The ultimate Green party. You still hear the term “public service” thrown around, but often with irony and full knowledge that “self-service” is now the real insider play.”
Mark Leibovich, This Town, Penguin Books, 2013, p. 9.

IOW, this was a false assertion: "You are claiming "capital justice" can be more moral than social justice."DP
You must have picked up that from someone else.

I have never posted anything about "capital justice". What is it?

a fifteen dollar an hour minimum wage is a simple cost of living adjustment.

The minimum wage is good for Big Business and bad for the working class.
An MW for skilled labor is less destructive than a MW for unskilled labor.
