Hypothetically let's say there is a Christian girl who really, really likes to kiss, I mean it's like one of the most enjoyable things in the world. And she finds that girls actually kiss better than boys, it's so much softer and gentler and without all the beard stuff going on that is like fricken sandpaper, "seriously guys, buy a razor". So if she actually kisses some girls, just kissing, nothing else, does that mean she's gay and it's a sin in God's eyes? Hypothetically. We will call her Jennifer.
Yes, she's a lesbian or bisexual. As for being a sin in God's eyes, no. God only cares about reproduction. If she wants to get married to a man and start pumping out kids, then great! It's not a sin to be a lesbian or bisexual. What is a sin is not carrying out your primary duty, which is to reproduce and provide a family to provide for their offspring.
Well Jennifer, a young woman I was dating said she had decided that she is 15% lesbian. I don't know how she came up with a number but she did. I told another ex girlfriend about this - "X says she thinks she's 15% lesbian! LOL!". She just smiled and said, we all are. Most of the women I've dated over the last 7 years like men and women. This has worked out extremely well for me.
I think if you peeled back the layers you would probably discover that everyone is bisexual to one degree or another . Obviously some might be 90-10 while others are 10-90. Under unusual circumstances two people of any gender might find it comforting to pleasure each other
Probably in very desperate extreme implausible circumstances. Reality is that 99% of men would not be attractive enough to get the 1% whom they might even consider doing anything with, if there were no women around and they hadn't seen one for years. Yeah, maybe if you locked a bunch of slender very attractive looking feminine heterosexual men in a room with each other for several years with no female contact whatsoever, they might turn out a little bit bisexual. But that's a very implausible scenario.
This might come as a shock to you, but there are those of us who have never been attracted sexually to members of the same sex. I know, I know... it doesn:t jibe with lefty garbage. But take me for example. I've seen ten people, and even if 90% are guys, and only one ugly chick, if I had to pick upon pain of death, I'd go with the chick.
So, like Jennifer is a good friend and tells me everything. Her first kiss was from her cousin when she was 7, her cousin was the same age but they were really close and they were trying on mom's lipstick so put their lips together to see what would happen. Her second she told me was when she was at a party in college and there was a dare that she couldn't kiss a girl and there was a dollar bet so she did and, you know, didn't like pull away right after doing it. The third time was when a coworker spontaneously turned her around and kissed her because they were all celebrating something.....and Jennifer told me that she didn't want to be rude and push the woman away but really it was like the softest most beautiful kiss in the world.
If Jennifer is a Christian, perhaps Jennifer should seek the counsel of church elders. I'm no expert, but I'm fairly certain that the seeking of sensual/wordly pleasure (or looking for justification of it from others) isn't remotely the goal of Christianity.

Only Jennifer knows her own intentions. Hopefully she's honest with herself, while aware of how deceptive 'the self' can be, aware that a life of spiritual purity is a constant struggle, aware that at some point the conflict may become too great... and one thing or the other will have to go... or the burden of hypocrisy must be carried around causing constant anxiety and confusion. You should recommend to your friend that she talks to someone authoritative soon, and to pray and meditate. Not to be dramatic, but sometimes small things turn into existential crises of sorts, which can take a looongg time to sort out.

i think the answer jennifer is looking for would be found by reading Romans 1:24-27. kissing is the gateway to sexual intercourse, which god has ordained as the sacred union of man and woman. to be on the safe side, jennifer should probably stick to kissing only her husband.
