You forgot Barr stated during his Senate hearing that a sitting president can't be charged. Barr also sent unsolicited letters to the President telling him that Mueller's obstruction argument was fatally flawed before he was AG and way before the report came out. Barr should have recused himself. Thus Mueller's suggestion that Congress was a better venue to decide on the president's obstruction behaviors he listed in his report made sense.
This isn’t about Porky’s feelings. He’s obligated to testify when they’re exercising their duty of oversight.

Right....a sitting president can't be charged. Mueller expected Con grrr was to decide the Obstruction case.....Barr short circuited the system. He needs to be held in contempt for not appearing and impeached for lying to Congress. "No...I don't know if Mueller agrees with my decisions...." even while he sits there with s letter from Mueller expressing disappointment in the way Barr summarized the report. Barr is a snake....a fat snake.
