Andrew .... I used to be a very very loyal Democrat. I learned over time Democrats views of republicans are totally wrong. Democrats make a habit of accusing. I speak of Democrats almost entirely due to their lousy stinking habit of making laws upon law and more of them. I do not believe Freedom is a good match for the tens of billions of Democrats laws. It is like some Democrats are against Drug laws. I am too. But when i was a Democrat, I was trained to hate drugs. Democrats put the drug laws on the books. Most Democrats thought it was republicans. But that is not the case.

Let me tell you what I think of Breitbart. I wish he was still living. I am not so sure about the people who manage it now. But I typically discard Breitbart when it is in my mail. I look at articles from time to time. I can't say you are right or wrong. I don't read it much. I wonder why Democrats read it? Why do you guys read Breitbart?

You might be shocked at how many of we Republicans once were Democrats. It gives us hope other Democrats plan to join us.

 

I see no evidence that white supremacists and white nationalists are synonymous.

I'd be open to evidence though.
Most of the white nationalists i have seen are a direct response to Antifas hatred of America and their intolerance of free speech.
But again i am open to correction on the issue .. if you have evidence.

To me calling them white nationalists is just left wingers trying to associate them with racists because they have no response to their arguments.

I used to do the same thing. I had up to 20 units in Berkeley and Oakland. I thought section 8 was great, all up until I realized that people don't respect what they don't own.

One time, I went to paint the interior of a rental unit, and even though the lady I had rented to was just the sweetest person in the world, she had a son who moved in on her. So anyway, I'm painting the wall and right over a bunch of writing. Turns out that was his phone book, and I had painted over the phone numbers of his girlfriends. Suffice to say, he wasn't at all happy about this development. I eventually had to call the police and left with a bloody lip, him being hauled off to jail, and I had to evict her. The eviction took 6 months, and when I finally got the unit back, it had been thoroughly trashed because apparently it's perfectly legal to beat up somebody in your own home once you have established residency. I think he spent all of one night in jail before the DA refused to prosecute.

Never again!

Sadly, I developed an idea that went something like "You can take the N word out of the ghetto, but you can't take the ghetto out of the N word".

I know this isn't always the case, but it's true enough of the times that I decided that I would rather have nothing to do with blacks. Racist? Yeah well, whatever pejorative floats your boat.

I can tell you that once I got out of the slumlord game, I haven't really given much thought to blacks, or any predicaments they might collectively find themselves in.

 

Because they lie to blacks. When they promise life for blacks will soon get better, it is just a lie. I have heard this from Democrats since 1964. And thus far when life gets better for blacks, blacks got better. We all do better when we put our minds to it and set goals and plan to hit those goals. Ask a normal Democrat do you plan to become affluent and they shun you like you cursed at them. They do not want to be affluent. Blacks doing better change to republicans.

There is a great story written about the son of stormfront t.com creator and Grand Dragon of the KKK, called Rising Out of the Hatred. Derek Black chronicles his dad's (Don Black) efforts to rebrand the KKK as a white nationalist movement through softening their image. NPR did a good story on Derek Black's escape from his father's influence.

What about people knocking hats off other people, what are the stats on that? Because that's a big worry for many Alpha Males. And what about CNN journalists assaulting poor defenseless microphone girls? Holy crap.

But this white supremacy thing is all good, there's nothing wrong with it...no worries. White supremacists are just good people who happen to be way superior and have a deep seated hatred for other races, Jews, Muslims, etc.

 

Grant was trying to work up to the large units in Oakland but the crash hit him first. I appraised in Berkeley too but frankly never reached the status where i could confidently declare I knew each neighborhood there. But each appraisal from my office still was high quality. I too have experience with Section 8 and like you ... never again. I have seen here in Fremont some decent quality homes of lets say 2500 sq ft that started out in prime condition but the Section 8 tenants made them look like Oakland trash.

That's a pretty stupid post, Robert. There are two black Americans running for President right now on the Democratic side and the only black American elected to office was voted in by Democrats.

There are three Black Americans on the Senate - only one is Republican.

There are 48 black Americans in the House of Representatives - only 2 are Republicans.
