    equal protection of the law is a right; the law, is employment at the will of either party. there is no basis to deny or disparage unemployment compensation for simply being unemployed on an at-will basis in our at-will employment States.

    Why would he waste his time on free money? Really?

    Kushner however isn't unemployed at this time.

    I just hope you understand the logical fallacy with your argument that would allow one of the richest people in the world to collect unemployment insurance. If you can't grasp why the law doesn't work the way you think it does when something like that happens, then God help you.

    The Welfare Clause is NOT a granting to Congress of power to legislate regarding anything deemable by Congress as "general welfare"... You must have missed that little enumerated list of powers just past that introductory clause... See Article 1 Section 8 for the list of legislative powers that Congress has... entitlement programs are not listed there...

    I refer to this as the "you don't understand" mantra... I typically dismiss it on sight, as it makes no counterargument. This is also what is known as the Argument of the Stone Fallacy, which is the dismissal of an argument as 'absurd' without providing any counterargument to it.

    You have no idea what bigotry even is, it seems. It has nothing to do with "being critical". Bigotry is an error of logic. It is a specific form of the Compositional Error Fallacy. It is a Compositional Error Fallacy which involves people as the class.

    That clause doesn't grant any power. See Article 1 Section 8 of the US Constitution for the list of enumerated powers.

    I hope you are more successful at learning how to cook than you are at learning how to have valid arguments, or you may find yourself eating a lot of take-out and frozen dinners, if the validity of your arguments on this forum are any indication.
