Congress could have the laws enforced by another body, if they so wanted.
There's nothing in the Constitution that says the President is needed to enforce the law.

    You said:

He hasn’t gonna the I have a pen and phone route yet

    And I asked:

He haven't done any EO yet?

What's so hard not to understand?

Congress can prohibit most laws from judicial review if it wants to.

If the President refuses to enforce laws, Congress has the power to remove that President from office - So yes, they do have more power. The President cannot remove members of Congress. The President has the power of veto, but Congress can over-ride it. Congress has more Constitutional authority than the President.

And Congress can remove any President from office if he/she defies their will. The President cannot remove members of Congress.

Of course he has, but he is still working with congress to create legislation, that line was referring to when Obama refused to work with congress on legislation.

They can’t enforce law, the power is meaningless without it. The president can charge members of congress with crimes and prosecute them. The constitution limits impeachment to high crimes and misdemeanors.

Not so. In that case Obama would have been removed.

The system was designed for Congress to fight the Administration's power and visa versa. What usually happens is that Congress and the Admin negotiate to determine what to release but with the crazy dems in charge there is no such thing as negotiation and they are rushing headlong into the abyss. Good.

Failure to enforce the laws written by Congress would fall into the High Crimes category ... and once they impeach a President, they would find a President who would enforce the laws. No, the President cannot charge anyone with crimes. The DOJ can. Not the President. The DOJ does not swear allegiance to the President - they swear allegiance to the constitution.

I said "can" remove the President. I didn't say "will". You have to get enough votes to impeach. That isn't easy, even with opposite party members.

I'm not a Pelosi fan - I'm just saying she was not wrong in claiming that Congress has more Constitutional authority than the other branches.

It's a part of Congress of course, but it's a two-tier legislative body. The Senate and the House. She's arguing that the House is the upper chamber, and she might be the only representative to EVER make that argument. The political construction betrays that idea(IMO.)

Personally, I do want a truly co-equal branch, but the House lacks the respect for the Senate, the Senate lacks respect for the House and the Judiciary(by its own existence) is a threat to the political state in my view.

The whole thing is a mess, and it's an even bigger mess than before under the Trump era. Some to do with what Trump's done, some to do with the reaction to Trump.

That’s not a felony. Presidents often do that, they have discretion. Congress doesn’t get to pick a president after impeachment, the VP takes the job unril the next election, where people vote. The DOJ is part of the executive branch, the president runs it

Nobody ever said a Representative Democracy was going to be perfect. It is messy because putting 350 million people together in the same room is messy.

The American form of government is still one of the best designed governments on the planet. It's not perfect, but frankly, I don't want anyone who runs for the Senate who claims that the Judicial Branch is a threat to America.

The VP is President - and he is subject to impeachment as well. Failure to enforce the law can be a treasonable offense in the eyes of Congress - a High Crime - they have the discretion to determine that. The President runs the DOJ, but he does not have the authority to force them to break laws - they have sworn allegiance to the Constitution, not the President.
