    Stunning.... truly stunning

    SNIP
The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) allows the FBI to get a warrant from a secret court, known as the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC), to conduct electronic surveillance on U.S. persons if they can show probable cause that the target is an “agent of a foreign power” who is “knowingly engag[ing]…in clandestine intelligence activities.” In other words, the government has to show that the target might be spying for a foreign government or organization.
    ENDSNIP

If there is indisputable evidence of a crime, the action is called an arrest warrant...

    Amazing....

Sure... although those could easily be 2 different things...

Will you stop appointing investigators when Durham is done (or Huber or whomever)??

Oh lord please, somebody tell Trump it's not a coup, but it's actually a putsch....

Then watch the fireworks when he tries to pronounce that over and over...

Based on the dates the FISA was approved and extended. What a question ...

After spending two years believing Trump was an agent for the Russians, I'm inclined to invoke "throwing stones from a glass tower". And as an aside, that we have more independent collaboration on FISA-gate(with a much simpler and believable explanation of events) than Russia-gate.

Hardly. Trump signs these deficit budgets. Trump also runs DHS. Trump said he would put illegals in camps. Instead he busses them deeper into the country. Time to face the facts. Trump is not the President we voted for.

Oh, I misread your post... I thought you indicated Page knew the dates while they were happening...

    10-4..

If it was thought Page had any contact with anybody in the Trump campaign during those months, it would have come out without the supporting records, although the possibility that Page had any substantive discussion about the campaign itself during that time frame is laughable...

Nobody has been cut loose faster from anything since the Chargers cut Ryan Leaf...

It doesn't matter. Carter Page was/is a US Citizen, entitled to all of the rights of citizenship, among those is the fourth amendment. To violate any such rights, there has to be probable cause asserted and hearsay(which is what the dossier is), doesn't freaking qualify. If that State Department memo had been attached to the dossier, the FISA court doesn't approve of it.

A public hanging for convicted traitors Obama and Clinton will never happen. They won't even be in court.

If that didn’t matter you all would stop lying about it. The campaign said he wasn’t with them. Your argument is that well sure trump and his crew are all liars, why would anyone believe them?

Be ^^ all that ^^ as it may ... The FBI potentially recorded calls with campaign staff, and Page says he was in contact. So which of Page's contacts were recorded can only be confirmed by FBI call logs.

No, he wasn't presumed innocent because they already knew he had done nothing wrong, and yet, they tried to frame him. I don't get how Democrats don't or won't seem to understand that the DNC and the Obama administration plotted to get rid of Trump, so that Hills would win, and when that didn't work, they tried to pin a collusion rap on him so that he would be removed from office. The DOJ, CIA and FBI were/are corrupt through and through at the top echelons. They plotted to overthrow a sitting president, and for over 2 years have tied Trump's hands at getting a lot of things done. But he amazingly has carried on the best that he could in the face of adversity in order to help the American people. Just think what he could have accomplished if the Democrats hadn't gotten in his way. My take is that Democrats don't care about this country. They just care about CONTROLLING this country and telling us how to think and how to act, much like Hitler did to the Germans. He too used the media and propaganda to brainwash the Germans, but thank goodness it failed then and won't work now either. How are ordinary Democrats soooo trusting of their party leaders and seem to swallow what they say hook, line and sinker, when all of the terrible things they did are slowly coming to light? They have been soooo duped and made to look so stupid.

The ONLY liars are the Democrats, and deep down, somewhere, you have to know that. After all, why would you CHOOSE to believe lies. The only reasons I can think of are either stupidity or brainwashing. Lay off MSM for a while, and maybe it will wear off, because they are certifiable. They must be paid a lot to lie.

There's no lying. As others have said, FISA grants them the ability to retroactively look at all past communications as well. Including when Page was on the campaign. But besides that fact, these are gross violations of US Civil Liberties. How the hell are you standing for this, at this time? How is anyone? There should be a collective mutiny.

And there would be, if it weren't for the fact that it "gets Trump", no thought to the long-term consequences of these violating acts. If the FBI can falsely assert, based on someone's words that someone is a criminal(and not charge said person, while spying on them), the FBI can become the new brownshirts.

Is that what you want? A new SS in America? So whether Trump was spied on or not, whether anyone was spied on or not, it is a violation of the US Constitution.

Trump cannot change the laws now on the books so it is still up to Congress. Trump proposed the changes and of course it is DOA because of Democrats.

The law now says illegals can be deported while an asylum request is process. As we discuss this Trump could be deporting illegals or putting them in tent camps like he said he would. Trump said were "putting up massive cities of tents" in November of 2018.

How long can Trump keep lying and getting a pass from conservative voters.

So as a Trump supporter explain why illegals are being bussed deeper into our country by Trump and not put in tent cities? This has nothing to do with Congress. Who do you thinks runs DHS. Answer: A Trump appointee.

But he wasn’t on the campaign, they said so.
    Are you calling them liars?
Spying with a warrant is specifically in the constitution...which you don’t like anyway! lol

A warrant ill-gained is as illicit as spying without one. Don't try to conflate the issues. That's why there's this investigation to begin with. And you also tried to conflate my position. It's not that I don't like warrants, it's that I believe that Congress has been given improper subponea powers due to an incorrect court ruling.

I think you are about to get a lesson in the respect of authority.

Only question is if Comey or the commie get it first.
