Yet I say I am pro choice.
Did you not say earlier, you are against abortion? You may not have.

You stating "non sequitur" / "false dilemma" is not proof of claim. Either start backing up your claims - by showing what my non sequitur/false dilemma was - or please shut up.

Running around making unsubstantiated claims is not an argument for much.

Yes yes yes. I agree. I would absolutely prefer that such people NOT bring children into this world.

I am against it after the point the fetus becomes a human unless there is a medical reason (or in the case of a crime such as rape).

    Really?

People can live without a heart beat?

    Yes.
It must be artificially induced, but people are kept alive on machines for sometimes decades.
    Ever hear of Terry Shiavo?

Official death is called when brain activity ceases.
Another possible reason is, a heartbeat can stop for X amount of time and restart. And if a person is declared dead at the stop of the heartbeat, they won't be brought back to life.
And as long as there is brainwave activity, they would have a recovery chance if heartbeat is brought back.
Where if brainwave ceases, that's it. It's over.

    I agree

The correct wording should have been:

The vast majority of the LAWS we live under required only a simple (50+1) to pass

    Understood

I have not invoked the Almighty

Its not necessary since primitive human science has established that human women give birth to human babies 100% of the time

That means that an abortion kills an innocent human life 100% of the time also

Stay up on the topic being discussed.
We are talking brainwave activity. Not heartbeat.

Are liberal women equipped with artificial heartbeat machines?

    Of course not

The heartbeat of the unborn child is its own and an irrefutable sign of life

Science cannot establish what constitutes personhood. A zygote can't be considered a person, because a zygote can become multiple people (monozygotic quadruplets have been born). Any specific point in fetal development that is chosen will necessarily be arbitrary: it's like defining how many hairs a man can have before considering him bald.

It's not "murder" because the fetus isn't a person.

How about when the head of the "fetus" has emerged from birth canal but the rest of the body is inside the woman?

What if it's crying ("please don't kill me") but the umbilical cord is still attached and only one foot of this fetus is still inside the woman?

Whatever. They are wasting their time and worrying for nothing. This law will be struck down, and, Supreme Court will not take it up.

You're probably right. Give me 3 to 1 odds and I'll bet you're wrong (if the SC agrees to review the case, you owe me $3; if not, I owe you $1.)

Is it feticide? The answer doesn't depend at all on whether it's viable? Perfectly healthy and 8.5 months old?
