    The EC won't matter in a ten point loss. That's what the current polls say, and that's what the midterm popular vote difference was. Of course, it's an eternity from here till 2020, and the Democrats aren't just running as the anti-Trump. That's just one of the dominant themes.

    There's something there that we don't know about yet, but which scares the hell out of the Trump people.

    Was only 7.9% in the midterms, just for the record, but your point is made... Sadly, the EC will still come into play, since there are just many states that are redder than the strawberries we had for dessert last night... Trump has a lock on 22 states and the Dems have a lock on 18... So the election comes down to the other 17 states...(Ha Ha... that was an Obama joke.. the other 10 states)

    I hope all of those who prepared the affidavits for the FISA warrants and the judges who signed off on them are called to testify before Congress. Same with Strzok, Page, Comey, McCabe, Ohr and his wife.....all of them.

    However it seems that Trump and Barr are engaged in a scheme to prevent congress from getting to investigate these matters. This whole selective dump of classified material is part of a pattern of obstruction and obfuscation that any intelligent bystander will see right through.

    If Trump or Barr want to get to the truth they would encourage everyone mentioned in the Mueller report testify truthfully instead of ordering them not to. Those two are obviously involved in some thinly veiled cover up.

    They have them, but McConnell is blocking everything

    But I do agree that the talk about impeachment is a mistake. They have to prove something before they go to a political remedy. That would seriously hurt the Dem party

    This is as political as impeachment. The right is doing this because without changing the narrative to "the investigators were corrupt", or "the investigation was falsely started" they cannot win in 2020. They know that, so they will selectively release information for political gain. Nothing more, nothin less. Hell, they already have the american people believing that they were spying on "the Trump campaign" when that couldn't be further from the truth. FISA allowed them to watch Carter Page, and ONLY when he was dealing with Foreign nationals. But here we are 3 years later still saying they were spying on the Trump campaign. Its beyond crazy

    But how do you prove something when every attempt to prove something is being blocked??

    If you consider Impeachment a process and not an end result, that might change your mind...

    So if the documents come out about what happened and they are in black and white with no spin attached, you're saying you're Ok with the American people seeing those documents and judging for themselves whether or not spying or something did occur?

    Agree, minds are made up, people have already picked their tribe of choice.

    What is this "bucket 5" thing?
    I only checked into this thread because it sounded intriguing :)
    I don't have nearly as many buckets at my house.

    I'm fine with releasing as much as possible, I think both sides are full of crooks so the more that is exposed the better.
