    Mirage. The senate gop would never raise the taxes.

    I wonder if any deal on spending caps is also done. Personally I'd be ok, since its 7-5 mandatory cutting defense to domestic. But because a court thus far has not said Trump cannot just reapportion money regardless of what it was actually appropriated for, I don't know that it makes a difference. And I'm not sure a court will, despite some gop senators devoutly hoping. LOL
