No, it isn’t select class privilege. All races are included.

    Doesn't apply to me

    I don't own or run a business

It is a discriminatory law which violates the principle of equality under the law.

Of course they do. Open a business, and you will be following the CRA or going to jail.

It is not equal treatment nor is it a fair law.

They do not apply to me because I do not own or run a business

    They are selective privilege laws.

I can discriminate all I want and no law can touch me.

Which is irrelevant to the CRA applying to you. Open a business, and violate it you are going to jail.

    They are not.

    The CRA says otherwise.

Nope. They never had such a right. What you consider immoral is meaningless.

    No they don’t.

They are in no way oppressive, and morality is subjective.

All classes of people are not covered.
If all classes were covered, I couldn't refuse business with anyone.

All races are. LGBT are being added.

Of course you could. Just not for racial, religious or sexual orientation reasons.

They do not, and never did.

    No they don’t.
They are of course not oppressive, and morality is demonstrably subjective.
