Well said. Anybody can say to anybody that it is possible you committed a crime. I can't prove it and have no evidence to show that you did, but because it is possible you did something, you are guilty? Give me a break.

No his job was not to be the judge and jury. His job was to specify what, if any rules, regulations, crimes were committed and his evidence that they were committed. Walsh did that. Starr did that. Mueller did not do that re President Trump, and the ONLY logical reason he did not is that he could not.

so your saying he didn't say that, but your attacking him for it being despicable... sounds like you don't want to hear what you heard

Did I miss where Rosenstein cleared Trump of obstruction or did I miss where Mueller made a weasel out of himself?

    I missed neither...

You're welcome, Andy. Still, it's sad how many Americans don't even have that "3rd Grade" understanding of "Civics", or much of anything else.... So, it bears repeating to a surprising number of people who somehow think that all Pelosi and the other Democrat slimebags have to do is vote to throw Trump out, and magically, he's gone.... :psychoitc:

he did not want to declare him guilty because he would not have a fair chance to defend himself in court because of the no indictment for a sitting President policy, he said his job was to report, it was Congresses job to address it as his hands were tied by DOJ policy

he also said if he thought Trump was innocent, he would of said so... he did not say so

that was not his job, in fact doj policy prevented him from doing just that - his job was to let Congress decide what to do

Only those for which there was physical evidence that they were too biased and had dubious motives such as Strzok. Most of those known to registered Democrats, Hillary and DNC supporters and contributors were not removed from the team. Andrew Weissmann, Mueller's #2 guy and attack dog was there to the end. Several believe he wrote Part 2 of the Mueller Report. Weissmann was not only a DNC and Hillary contributor but he attended Hillary's victory party on election night, the one she didn't show up for.

Had the situation been reversed and an investigation of Obama had been ordered and the special counsel's team was made up of all Republicans including RNC contributors and Mitt Romney supporters, how confident would you be that they would do their job fairly, honestly, and without prejudice?

Mueller told Trump's lawyers early on he was not gonna indict because of the DOJ policy, his hands were tied, it's in Congresses hands now - he said the same things today to the public

he was very clear that indicting the President was not a option he was given, he said that, it's clear as day

    Today! Get on it!
Normally small gifts are ok so long as they’re reported. If it was illegal then he should be impeached and deported to kenya

He was picked by and as a close personal friend of Rod Rosenstein who himself was so anti-Trump it was painfully obvious. Mueller was also a close friend of James Comey. At the end Rosenstein agreed with Barr, not because it was the honorable thing to do which it was, but to keep his butt from being fired and losing his cushy pension.

Not an exact point of comparison, but it is true that when Hitler ordered his underlings to totally destroy Paris before the Allies could take it over after D-Day, but they simply disobeyed him! Albert Speer, Hitler's Armaments Minister revealed this clearly in his memoirs....

    Hm.

That's not what the statute says. I don't see a dollar amount associated with gift giving.

Knowing what you'd respond with is always good though, because I can ask follow up questions.

How about a $100k golden clutch from Morocco? (Obama loves his purses I guess).

    LEGALZ CUZ OBAMA.

that is the way all investigations are, the dems did nothing wrong in the investigation, they just had the appearance of bias, so they were removed by Mueller

can you imagine if investigators could only investigate people they liked and support?

As most Americans thought .............. Trump is Dirty !!

Mueller said " As set forth in the report, after the investigation, if we had confidence that the president did not clearly commit a crime, we would have said so,"

LOL you guys, are hilarious your now saying that if Mueller would've found Trump committed treason he wouldn't have told us Trump committed Treason. He simple would have said I can't exonerate him of treason. You guys are getting duped by lawyer BS, If he had a solid case of anything you would know about it and it would be clearly laid out. Not I can't find him innocent. He could have simple said I found enough probable cause to suggest he committed a crime. He did not say that so you would run in circles and presume guilt. It was a trick and is 100% the opposite of how our legal system is suppose to work and if you want that system move to NK you'll immediately get that. You guys are seriously presuming guilt since somebody said they couldn't tell you for sure he's not innocent. WOW!

Oh and by the way, so much for your Barr and Mueller on different pages, Mules praised Barr and repeated the same line that Barr said in his summary, Mules said in his report and now your running around with your hair on fire because he said it again today. Literally nothing new from a month ago.

He didn't investigate that but it's being investigated now. I promise this guy won't come out and say I can't exonerate them so their guilty.

Which is why it was such a weaselly, hateful, dishonest thing to say. He left the impression that there was something to indict even though his report named nothing and clearly indicated there was no proof of ANY kind that the President did anything wrong. His job was NEVER to indict the President but was to inform the DOJ of any rules, regulations, laws that the President broke regarding Russian collusion.

Walsh wasn't supposed to indict the President either but he named the areas where President Reagan and Vice President Bush broke the law.
Starr wasn't supposed to indict President Clinton either, but he named 13 specific counts of crimes Clinton committed while in office along with the evidence to support his findings. (Not one of those 13 counts had anything to do with inappropriate sex by the way.)

Mueller wasn't supposed to indict President Trump but if President Trump broke any laws, he was supposed to present the evidence of that to the DOJ. He didn't. Not in his report. Not in his speech this morning. All he did was put out a lot of suggestive innuendo so that the Democrats would have ammunition to keep up the witch hunt.

    That was wrong of him.
    That was despicable.
    That was evil.
    That was indefensible.
