    I would rather not do that, but Mexico isn't our friend and anti-Americanism is rather popular politically in Mexico. It pays dividends to f with the Yankees, so sometimes we have to up our response to match their FU to us.

    Maybe I'm not good at math or economics, but why is taxing an employer devastating (which is essentially what the left is saying this tariff is) but raising the minimum wage isn't?

    Maybe this tariff will get Mexico’s attention and they’ll stop funneling 5,000 illegals into the U.S. per day.

    I hope they don’t. But it’s up to Mexico.

    If they stop the flow of illegals, the tariff won’t happen. If Mexico does nothing, the tariff will be 25%.

    Your percentage is grossly overstated but at least 95% of the overstays are from shithole countries, including Mexico. So your point is?

    I think what you're saying is that you support revamping the visa approval process. I couldn't agree more, and so does Trump.

    Because of the Trump tax breaks, me and my wife's middle class selves got a break of about $2600. over last years taxes.
