Election day after the lost, Libs everywhere and in the MSM were crying real tears over the Hag losing. They then began to burn down their downtown areas nationwide.

Yep ... but not for lying about RUSSIA! or OBSTRUCTION! Mueller got busted editing his "solid evidence" of obstruction, as provided by his cooperating witness Mike Flynn. That's why the new MSM talking point is Mueller's "open ended" findings on obstruction. Face it, if Mueller had provided, or (D)'s expected to find "solid evidence" of obstruction, committees wouldn't be snooping into finances.

Volume 2 is a summary of the hard evidence..the prosecutors believe some of those are legal crimes, making them automatically impeachable.

Maybe John Dean can explain it better on Monday

John Dean had nothing to do with this investigation.

Vol2 laid out in great detail the complex nature and reasonable doubt hence why his team, said there would be no more indictments and punted the situation to his superiors and the OLC, who cleared him.

If there is evidence or proof to support bringing charges against Trump, he should have to face those charges in a court of law. No one, not even HILLARY CLINTON, should be above the law! :roflol:

A lot of people still don't know an important fact about "impeachment" -- there does not need to be even one actual REASON for impeachment! All it takes is a majority vote in the House of Representatives! The REAL action then would take place in the Senate, where a trial would be held, and a vote on whether to REMOVE a president from office would take place!

If these radical Democrats WANT to, they can "impeach" President Trump because they don't like his necktie, or hair-do, or because he leaves popcorn in the microwave too long to suit them. They do not need a "reason" to impeach him! All they need to do is gang up on him....

As with Trump's lies, these offenses are getting too numerous to keep track of. But an easy one is multiple counts of obstruction of justice. Michael Cohen and Federal prosecutors have also outlined potential campaign finance violations. Oh, and Trump is violating the emoluments clause constantly. I'm sure there is a lot more, but with the constant scandal and outrage and other events, it's easy to start forgetting.

    Denying subpoenas.. like Holder did?

Face it, if there were impeachable offenses they would have impeached.

They're not going to find anything more, so now is the time to put up or shut up. Vote on impeachment.

Pelosi isnt stupid enough to suicide the DNC but some of her younger colleagues would.

Keep in mind that impeachment is a political process. Congress could theoretically decide to impeach Trump because he jay-walked, if they like. But if you'd like to see a list of truly grievous offenses that are worthy of impeachment, then:

    Obstruction of Justice
    Felony FEC violations
    Emoluments Clause Violations
Endangering and assaulting American Institutions like the freedom of the press, the court system, the intelligence agencies, and congress
Violating the Constitution through spending money not approved by Congress
Intentionally using taxpayer money and presidential associations to benefit his own businesses and his own family
Recklessly harming the US economy through international trade wars launched on a whim
Destroying the clout associated with the US reputation internationally by unilaterally destroying international alliances and withdrawing from international agreements
Displaying an alarming lack of mental stability

And for generally being a whiny bitch of a snowflake who is also a ****ing moron.
    Hope that list helped.

Holder was held in contempt for his actions and the DOJ had to settle those lawsuits. We only ask the same of this administration.

And no, there is no logic behind "if there were impeachable offenses, they would have impeached."

Impeachment is a political process and there is no definition for whether something automatically qualifies as impeachment. Trump could commit a murder, in broad daylight on 5th avenue, and impeachment would not be successful if the Republicans in the Senate refused to join Democrats in the process.

This is a political argument that I can endorse and it is a goal that I have long stated. I would love to see Trump impeached as well, but I would ultimately be happy if he was imprisoned, his name destroyed in the history books, and his businesses were economically ruined.

The reality is that he has a cult-like death grip over the GOP and the GOP controls the Senate. So impeachment without Republican support is never going to happen.

An alternative plan that I have seen suggested is to just impeach him the day before the election.

Trump got walloped, multiple times, by Pelosi.

In response, his administration leaked a secret trip that she and several other elected officials were going to take to a war zone to visit the troops.

The man is a petty little bitch.

Those are absolutely bullshit assertions and you know it.

Mueller found roughly 10 instances where Trump obstructed justice and refused to reach a decision on indictment specifically because he was not legally permitted to indict a sitting President.

I am perfectly satisfied if he is imprisoned for the rest of his life, his name and reputation ruined, and his businesses go bankrupt.

Probably the most insightful thing you've said in a very long time... you're correct. All these scheming radical Democrats need is a majority vote in the House. They don't need any verifiable REASON at all....

Obstruction of Justice - Uncharged, Unproven, Unsupported by any credible EVIDENCE.
Felony FEC violations - Uncharged, Unproven, Unsupported by any credible EVIDENCE.
Emoluments Clause Violations - Uncharged, Unproven, Unsupported by any credible EVIDENCE.
Endangering and assaulting American Institutions like the freedom of the press, the court system, the intelligence agencies, and congress - Subjectively-imputed, arbitrary bullshit!
Violating the Constitution through spending money not approved by Congress - Doing his duty to protect and defend the country even though Democrats have fought against him every inch of the way.
Intentionally using taxpayer money and presidential associations to benefit his own businesses and his own family - Uncharged, Unproven, Unsupported by any credible EVIDENCE.
Recklessly harming the US economy through international trade wars launched on a whim - Protecting the U. S. from totally unfair trade practices and theft of intellectual property owned by U. S. companies is praiseworthy -- not condemnable, or actionable!
Destroying the clout associated with the US reputation internationally by unilaterally destroying international alliances and withdrawing from international agreements - Protecting the U. S. from rogue countries who announce IN ADVANCE that they have no intention of honoring nuclear inspection agreements is praiseworthy. Trump has not "destroyed" any existing alliances.
Displaying an alarming lack of mental stability - MORE subjectively-imputed, arbitrary bullshit!

And for generally being a whiny bitch of a snowflake who is also a ****ing moron. Guess what? Even more BULLSHIT!

Hope that list helped. - Helped greatly in seeing you and your faction for what you really are....
