A sperm is life - each one is alive. Did you think the living come from the dead ? Did you not know that every sperm is sacred?

And the unborn, up to a certain point has the rights afforded by the mother.

Of course it is, not only as I have demonstrated to you that according to the government and medical authorities, but just go ask the next pregnant mother you see.

How about the National Institute of Health, US National Library of Medicine

    Fetal Health and Development

A normal pregnancy lasts nine months. Each three-month period of pregnancy is called a trimester. During each trimester, the fetus grows and develops. Regular medical checkups and prenatal tests are very important. They can

    • Help keep you and your baby healthy
    • Spot problems with your baby (if there are any). In some cases, health care professionals can treat the problem before your baby is born. But even when they cannot, it can still be helpful to know about the problem early on. That gives you time to learn about your baby's condition and prepare for any challenges you may face after the baby is born.
    • Prevent problems during delivery. For example, if your baby is breech (bottom first or feet first, instead of head first), you may need to have a Cesarean section to avoid complications.
Besides getting medical care, there are other things you can do to keep your baby as healthy as possible. It's important not to drink or smoke. Try to eat a healthy diet and make sure to take care of any health problems you have during pregnancy.

And a baby. And reconcile you dichotomy that it was a bad legal decision but good law. First what law that Congress passed are you speaking of? SCOTUS can't create law.

You mean about killing the baby, the human life within her? You think a birth defect is justification to kill a baby? And if she was raped she could have prevented the pregnancy but once again you have nothing but this .05% of abortions to counter with.

They're "unelected" because the Constitution sets forth the method of the their selection.

    You don't like the Constitution?

There is no such thing as "unborn children."

Yes, and every sperm should have a clear shot at hunting for an egg. Barrier methods of birth control should be banned. Isn't that what guys who don't like condoms say!

Two-thirds of Americans believe a woman should be able to have an abortion at her sole discretion in the first trimester. I agree.

Women of even limited means can make sure they end their pregnancy. There's really nothing you can do about it except provide support for pregnant women who without support would seek an abortion.

You asked me what I thought is "close." I gave you an example and cited it.

    What do you do?

I think it did with Roe v. Wade, and Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad Company, 118 U.S. 394 (1886).
This last question ... yes. Demanding a woman to carry a baby with birth defects is unenforceable.
She has a right to end the pregnancy if she changes her mind.

All methods should be banned - we need the population of the earth to get into double billion digits - never mind - Triple digits -100 Billion souls. We need to devise some way of saving the eggs produced during a woman's monthly cycle - such a tragedy that all those potential souls have to die.

    Sorry, but it's NOT scientific!

I asked you what you thought was close in the context of the 2019 Australian election which you called "extremely close." You've obviously been caught out! Unless you can explain how the 2019 election was "extremely close!"

    What do you mean?

Not a human life and it doesn't have potential for human life without the other half.

    Is that what you think?

A zygote is not a human life either - unless you have come up with an argument that proves it so. Of course a sperm has the potential for human life. A zygote does not have the potential for human life without implantation.

Again, not without the other half.

It has the potential for implantation, therefore it has the potential to become a human.

You go argue with them - Just because you havn't figured out what a colloquialism is does not change the fact that you have completely failed to come up with a valid argument that proves a zygote is a living human.

    '

A sperm has the potential to meet an egg and therefore it has the potential to become a human. Not complicated.

And what is required for the sperm to meet an egg?

Without the twinkle in your fathers eye when looking at your mother you would not be here. Its called the "metabolic perspective" = life is a continuum. Many things have to happen in order for the potential to be realized. There is no random point in the process where the potential magically does or doesn't exist.

Is there a point in the process where the potential NATURALLY exists?
