    In a new interview, President Trump says he would take help and information on 2020 opponents from foreigners like Russia or China. Trump says “there’s nothing wrong with listening” and defends his son, Donald Trump Jr. for not calling the FBI about his Trump Tower meeting with Russians. Former U.S. Ambassador to Russia, Michael McFaul, joins Ari saying the comments are “dangerous” and Trump “doesn’t understand the motivation” from these countries.

    Obama campaigned in Germany and O'Rourke paid for political ads in Juarez, Mexico. If none of that was a big deal then, then why is it now?

    You're not understanding this whole thing are you? This is taking DIRECT DIRT from a foreign adversary whose sole intention is to disrupt or even destroy a democracy. Campaigning or paying for ads is not even close. There just isn't anything close to this to compare to. We have a sitting US president that's selling out our country to foreign powers. This is just about the most blatant, treasonous, un-American thing anyone could do much less our president. And when the FBI says 'no no that's a bad thing', the president should listen to them!

    Are you referring to the dirty Steele Dossier that the Clinton campaign took from a foreign entity for the purpose of disrupting and destroying our duly elected President of 2016? If you are, then that was indeed the most blatant, treasonous, un-American thing anyone could do.

    Clinton seems to have received help from Italy, Australia and England and her campaign paid for it. Was that treason?

    Now how did Trump sell out our country?

    Like Trump said, there's nothing wrong with listening.

    Listen to what you're saying, just read it, absorb it. You're justifying foreign interference in our democratic politics, countries that hate the US with a passion and want it destroyed. By not addressing this problem, it makes you part of the problem in this country.

    Trump hasn't done anything yet, Clinton and Obama did. Should those two characters be held to the same treasonous standards you want to hold Trump to when he hasn't done anything yet? Also, that article is pretty small and it's from a liberal hate site, how do we know the context of what Trump said?

    He just attempted to cover up his son's Trump Tower meeting. THAT is wrong and it shows you just how far he went to by writing that letter for Don Jr about Russian adoptions. How can you not hate someone that is systematically destroying this country? I thought you Trump supporters 'love' the USA, well.... no, you do not.

    The republicans controlled both houses and the executive branch; they did nothing about it so now all of a sudden Hillary's name comes up again? If she did as you maintain, then why didn't the republicans do something about it when they had the chance?

    If there is dirt on a candidate shouldn't we as voters know about it?

    Why does it matter where it comes from?

    You are arguing that this dirt should be kept secret depending on who tells it to you.

    That is just dumb.

    Are you seriously going to change your vote because you found out some dirt on your candidate from a foreign entity?

    Did you vote for Trump because you watched a Facebook ad?
