    No, there is no LIVING potential person unless it is inside a pregnant woman. Your vasectomy argument is LAUGHABLE! :roflol:

    I believe more in morals, which laws are based on. Therefore, the legal argument is ALWAYS going to be weaker than the moral argument. However, it does seem to be all that you're capable of, so by all means keep going with it!

    I clearly stated that abortion DOES have something to do with women's health when it is used to save the life of a woman. That shouldn't have been difficult to understand.

    So in ANY state, a woman can get an abortion for ANY reason after 30 weeks? You're confused. How do you not know what the law is?

    I am fully aware of the extreme New York law which allows abortion up to birth for any medical reason. Would it be murder if it was a fully developed fetus and it wasn't required to save the life of the woman?

    Do you mean because I said that government should remove themselves? What I meant was that they shouldn't provide abortion in the health system. If abortion was banned, then there would be nothing to restrict! It would just be no abortion in ANY trimester with the exception of when the woman's life is at risk and maybe rape/incest depending on the state.

    What, via taxes?

    If they wanted a GUARANTEE of not reproducing, then they wouldn't have done it. Relying on birth control is just dumb.

    I asked you, "what state can they get an abortion at ANY TIME in the term for any reason they choose" and you said "all of them." Does "any time in the term" not include 30 weeks?

    No, relying on BC is not "dumb"...it is what people do who don't want to get pregnant and don't mind using BC.

    Human beings will not stop having sex. That is a FACT...and I have the entire history of the world to back it up...


    Life does NOT guarantee anything.


    Do you still think breaking the law isn't a crime?

    Why should abortion no longer be available at all is the question. It has been law and should stay that way. To tell women that decisions about their womb will be made by people without one is ridiculous.
