That still leaves $153 billion monthly deficit, on track for well over $1 trillion over the year. Defend that!

The first eight months of this year is 38% higher than the first eight months of last year. The total for 2019 is projected to be 15% higher than 2018.

All of those facts, including the one you want to harp on, are included in the OP. Deal with your own lack of honesty first.

How does this compare to the last 5 to 10 years? I notice you folks don't go back far, oh right because your guy spent more money than every single president that preceded him, combined. You have no room to whine about spending when you let that pass without complaint. More liberal hypocrisy...

What does the word "record" mean to you? Because to every other person is means that the federal budget deficit hit a RECORD under Trump.

As for hypocrisy, until I see you whining about Trump's RECORD deficit, then you can choke on your own hypocrisy.

Record in liberal speak means nothing, due to the excessive intellectual dishonesty by them and the fake news media...

Yeh, no where in your response did you address a single point I raised. Care to try again?

Jealousy and envy are not an admirable traits.

You could liquidate the assets of the 1% and it would run the federal government for a month. Arbitrarily seizing assets is not the answer.

No government department or program is underfunded, except maybe the border patrol.

Ah, if everything else fails, play the "envy" card. The oldest trick in the GOP playbook.

And the oldest trick in the Democratic book is to call people like me "selfish".

That is your opinion and not backed up by evidence.

So by your prior metric the border patrol should also receive a 10% cut?

Budget hawks are an endangered species after that disaster Obama. How come you folks aren't comparing Trump's budgets and deficits to Obama's? That would be the logical thing to do...

Then do your own research and find a smaller year to year increase in the federal budget deficit.

Only in a republican administration does federal revenue continue to fall while the economy is doing well

That's how you make a positive case in cutting government spending and/or eliminating redundancy in government...

Trump had the single largest increase in the federal budget, year to year, in US history.

    While the economy was growing.

With a calendar quirk, which you continue to ignore completely. That's pretty significant. You folks are trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill, and doing it with irregular numbers and parading them around as something they are not. Typical of the fake news and general dishonesty found in modern liberals...

Ignore completely? @Dispondent , you only learned about that quirk because I LITERALLY INCLUDED THAT IN THE ****ING OP.

How much larger has the federal budget deficit for the first 8 months of this year been compared to the first 8 months of last year?

Holy carp what an idiot... and I only listened to 5 minutes. Mitch says "deficits are increasing in the midst of a recession - while revenue is decreasing" as if this is not expected. It is because of the revenue decrease - at least in part - that the deficits were higher in the first Obama term.

    What an idiot.
