They don’t need their Air Force to launch such an attack. They would do it with a mass ballistic missile attack with nerve gas warheads. The same way they would have to deliver any nuke.

So why haven’t they launched such an attack?

Well they are trying to do that. That's why Israel keeps blowing up their chemical weapon factories.

They will launch the missiles if they can succeed, even if it means they will die.

Right now if they tried, they'd fail, and they'd die.

The other reason, which I just took a look at, is that the shortest distance between Israel and Iran is about 1800km. That's at the extreme range of their current missiles

That is, of course, why Iran is trying to build missile sites in Syria, and also why Israel keeps bombing them.

I suppose one way to look at the billions of dollars Obama gave to Iran in cash is that it lead us to this. So, should we now hold mr Obama for his treason? Aiding and abetting a hostile foreign government should have consequences.

And no doubt, mr John Kerry needs to be there in the docet with him.

I think nukes have a certain glamor that third world wackos cannot resist

What chemical weapons factories IN IRAN has Israel blown up? Iran has had possession of nerve agents for decades. This isn’t a capability they could have in the future. It’s one they have NOW.

Iran has hundreds of missiles capable of reaching Israel. Missiles that are well tested and proven designs. It their IRBM’s that remain difficult to work properly.

So why hasn’t Iran launched such an attack? They have the ability to do so right now. Even if only a tenth of the missiles get through, by focusing their attacks on Israeli population centers, they could kill millions of civilians and end Israel as a nation-state.

If your response has anything to do with them being afraid of retaliation, then you are admitting your claim that the Mullahs want to commit suicide is bullshit.

Is this you admitting your claim that Iran said they would use nukes was a lie?

    Dont call me a liar

Iran says many things in Farsi that are never translated to English

Whether they used the actual word nuke or not the inference is there

The “inference” is based on a false assumption as I just proved.

Sure. They just can't deploy them effectively into Israel, which is why Obama funding their missile program is so important to them.

Iran has some missiles that might be capable of reaching Israel that might have sufficient guidance to hit some targets.

Then of course, you have the THAAD systems and iron dome that will stop a lot of the missiles.

Clearly they don't have the capability to strike from Iran.

If they did, they wouldn't be trying to build missile systems in Syria.

Iran will attack when they feel they can succeed.

Why else would Iran be building chemical weapons and missile sites in Syria?

If they were afraid of retaliation, they wouldn't be trying to attack Israel in the first place, as the US can smear them any time we'd like.

It doesn’t take much guidance to hit a city with a massive cloud of VX vapor. WW2 technology can do that.

And again, Iran has hundreds of missiles with the capability to reach Israel. Israel has what? A dozen THAAD launchers with a few missiles a piece, a couple dozen Arrows, and a few more dozen Patriots? Iron Dome can’t intercept MRBM’s so it can be dismissed.

Any Iranian attack, nuclear or chemical, is going to be a mass strike anyways. They are going to shoot more missiles than Israel has interceptors.

Syria is building chemical weapons in Syria. Iran built its chemical weapons IN IRAN and already has a stockpile (note, they’ve also never given such chemical weapons to terrorists, so the idea that they would arm terrorists with nukes is just as absurd).

The US would never “smear” Iran for Iran’s Support of Hizbollah and Hamas. So the Mullahs don’t have worry about their current attacks resulting in their suicide.

So why haven’t they used their nerve agent yet? They could wipe Israel off the map right now if they chose and do it without irradiating it for thousands of years.

So why haven’t the Mullahs done it?

It would be easier for you all to just admit that your claim that the Mullahs are jumping at the chance to commit suicide has no basis in reality.

Yeah I'm afraid it does take "much guidance" to hit a city a few thousand kilometers away at the extreme range of your missiles.

Saddam couldn't hit us a couple hundred km away with his Scuds, which is largely the technology on most of Iran's missiles.

The only thing you're doing is explaining why Iran WILL attack Israel when it can, which is why it wanted Obama to fund it's missile program, and why Iran is building missile and chemical sites in Syria.

What you've done is show us why Iran needs to be stopped.

    Thanks.

Oh and yes, the US will smear Iran even deeper into the stone age when it attacks Israel.

    They will attack. It's coming.

Pray tell what city did Saddam miss entirely with Scud attacks?

What I’ve shown is that your fear mongering has no basis in evidence.

    Sure.

Dhahran, Kuwait City, Al Jubayal, Bahrain and Doha.

No, what you've shown is that Iran is being intentionally aggressive and plan on attacking Israel and anyone else they can.....and have no fear of the repercussions of attacking.

All of those cities were hit multiple times by Iraqi Scuds.

Of course they have fear of repercussions, which is why their attacks are measured.

No they weren't. They fired 40 some missiles and only one hit a target.

Their attacks are only measured against their ability to succeed.

If by "whatever" you mean wrong about being able to deliver weapons from Iran, and moving into Syria to be able to deliver those weapons, sure.

You're welcome to give it a shot if you'd like.

The answer is they can't deploy it successfully, and no, they can't wipe Israel off the map.

You realize both of those links contradict what you are saying right? Having only one missile directl hit an American barracks doesn’t mean the other missed the city entirely.

You second link exactly confirms what I said: the Iraqis easily hit cities with their ballistic missiles.
