And then he lost his law license. Not allowed to practice anymore. So yes, apparently many know more of the law than Obama.
It is impossible to present a sound argument that He is qualified for such a positon This, of couse, in no way will prevent Democrats from supporting said nomination.
He got himself disbarred. So did Hillary as I recall ( oh wait, she just let it "lapse" oh wait, she just magically had her license renewed. I suspect now we know why.) .... Seems to disqualify them immediately.... Do we really really now suppose that liberals will rally behind either of them? Clearly they were way too conservative for the average modern day liberal... And what about all those sexcapades each of them brings to the confirmation hearings??
Obama was not a law professor - his title was "Senior Lecturer". Not professor, not association professor, not assistant professor, not even adjunct professor, but "senior lecturer". That is, if He put "Professor" on his resume, it would be a lie.
Is he currently allowed to practice law? No. He lost it, for whatever reason no matter how you try to spin it.
Does he have it? Has he taken action to regain it? Has he reacted to its with drawl from him? No? He lost it and for good reason.
We need a constitutional activist on the court, not another political activist. Maybe someone like Mark Levin.
