    Anytime I see a drone violating my airspace around my home, I try shooting it down with a shotgun.

    As far as I'm concerned, all drones are in a free fire zone.

    Technically, Iran committed piracy.

    I heard we brought it done with jammers..... trying to confirm.

    Not certain what drone type was shot down, but this is the top of the line in Iran. They claim its satellite guided, but Iran has no GPS satellites.

    We have already shot these drones down in Syria.

    Last week there were a few days of Ospreys flying between 29 palms and it looked like Pendleton.

    US troops are being sent to Saudi Arabia along with Patriot Missile Defense Systems in light of the tensions rising between Iran, SA, US and Israel.

    So just to be clear, and to quote you: Let those nations defend themselves.

    Is that how you feel about all international conflicts? I did ask a second question which you were too scared to answer.

    If you feel that "let those nations defend themselves" is the right way to handle foreign policy, than you must have HATED WW2. Damn French couldn't handle their own ;)

    We got the drone with a jammer, I wonder if the jammer allows us to get the drone in one piece.

    Not sure if the drone was armed or not. But we took it very seriously as at least 2K marines were onboard.

    Yep, just saw that, thanks as well for the update.

    I went out and approached two guys who were flying a drone over my house one day.. you should have seen the look on their faces when I asked them politely to pack up and leave :lol:.... maybe your shotgun idea is more efficient

    Washington (CNN)The Trump administration is reinforcing its controversial military relationship with Saudi Arabia by preparing to send hundreds of troops to the country amid increasing tensions with Iran.

    Five-hundred troops are expected to go to the Prince Sultan Air Base, located in a desert area east of the Saudi capital of Riyadh, according to US two defense officials. A small number of troops and support personnel are already on site with initial preparations being made for a Patriot missile defense battery as well as runway and airfield improvements, the officials said.
    The US has wanted to base troops there for some time because security assessments have shown Iranian missiles would have a difficult time targeting the remote area.

    Nope, Marines on board took down the drone using electronic jamming equipment, U.S. officials told Fox News later Thursday.
    The device, known as the Light Marine Air Defense Integrated System, deployed for the first time in January aboard the USS Kearsarge, the same class of warship as the USS Boxer.

    I see you went through all of that just to dig at France? What a waste..Since the invasion of France was never tied to US intervention when were were not at war...UAE is rich enough to afford it's own protection or to hire some instead we taxpayers pay for their profit..Sorry I didn't see your second question since I had to leave to go to the neurosurgeon, now GFY for the "too scared" reference...

    I have nothing to lose or to be defeated over that is your degree of reckoning. Trump stated the same before but you play the game you need to feel superior over nothing. These oil rich nations can and should defend their trade and stop expecting a free ride..
