Black family racially profiled while visiting Nike store in Santa Monica

No stores can ask for your receipt unless they suspected you of stealing. The funny part is that you din't even READ about this incident? They walked out of the store, and the manager FOLLOWED them and ACCUSED them of stealing the basketball. They SHOWED her the receipt, yet this idiot still CALLED the police. What gives??

Unless I am confusing Steve w/ someone else, he has lived in NYC, Chicago, LA and now New Mexico, suggesting considerable multicultural exposure. What triggers racism in otherwise intelligent people? There is one thing I've noticed after years of teaching - the most racist people I've met are the same ones who do nothing BUT talk about race. I've seen it from admins, people called in to lecture us at staff meetings, and (sadly) students. The stories I could tell you guys - *shrugs*

So I'm a racist because I don't see racism in an event that could have happened to anyone? And I've lived in Northern NJ, Puerto Rico, So Cal (Corona, not LA) El Paso, Vegas and now Las Cruces, NM.

What appears to be happening, especially with a certain person who won't define what he says is a black profile, is that when there is so little white on black racism and the race hustlers need their racism fix, they'll invent racism where there is none.

And if a black person just happens to have something happen to him/her when engaged with a white person and the left considers that to be racist for no other reason than just because, then what about these crime stats from the FBI:
