Don't waste your time. Anyone who has nothing better to do with their lives than spam a single political chatroom with over 25 posts a day is not here to discuss anything, just push their partisan propaganda or distract with fake news.

Would a business which expresses the same views as Chick-fil-A but isn't religiously affiliated also be protected?

What was their original interpretation of black people?

They are, but they weren't being prosecuted with a speech violation or for being religiously affiliated.

    Of course not.

Sure, but they don't have the choice of what reason to fire someone for, given that some reasons could be illegal.

How does Chick-fil-A treat LGBT people unequally?

Are you under the impression that Chick-fil-A doesn't?

What does "anti-gay rhetoric" have to do with Chick-fil-A?

Do they have to give a reason? Doesn’t have to be the truth.

It is true. "Chick-fil-A cooks in 100% refined peanut oil. According to the FDA, highly refined oils, such as highly refined soybean and peanut oil, are not considered major food allergens, and therefore aren’t identified in the list." https://www.chick-fil-a.com/nutrition-allergens (At the bottom of the info tables.)

And yet business can be taken to court for firing based on race, sex, sexual orientation and religion. I don't understand how such cases can even be built, let alone won in the favour of the former employee.

    Holy Holdings
Mormons make up only 1.4 percent of the U.S. population, but the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is remarkable for its varied business interests, which include cattle ranches, radio stations, an insurance business, a mall, sewage treatment, and a Polynesian theme park.Jul 12, 2012

Yes, but how does this mean that individual Mormon's are businesses?
