Is it more ridiculous than blaming the NRA for banning open carry? You are shooting your own argument in the foot. Good thing someone else was allowed to carry a gun, see how quick that ended that? You should have said 'civilian only, gun free zone' as obviously, it was not truly 'gun free' was it?
Ah......in Australia, we acted decisively and effectively immediately after Pt Arthur. All the wails about law abiding people being 'punished' (me included) were heard and dismissed by a strong Leader, a strong Conservative Leader backed up by even the Leader of a 'rural' based political Party. It seems we are quicker on the up take than Team USA. (We've heard your various versions of your cyclist on the road war story.)
People are going to kill people, during the coldwar the Soviet Union had just as high murder rate as us, but no guns in the hands of the public, the #1 murder weapon was a fire axe, there was one in most buildings. Myself I think I'd rather be shot. But the Point is they sure killed a lot with out any guns.
No, law abiding 'dun' owners, tend to be more law abiding than most, to include unlawful homicide, which we already have laws addressing. Common sense tells you that if enforcing existing laws could prevent crimes, you enforce those laws. So if a gun owner chooses to stop following laws pertaining to murder, you think they would otherwise follow, new or existing gun laws? "Yeah, i was gonna go shoot these peeps but I cant because my magazine exceeds the legal capacity"....make a lick of sense....at all?
Research is in - You are more at risk as a gun in the house than if you do not have a gun in the house especially women
Try to read SLOWLY this time. The concealed carry ban in California started in 1863, origin of the first anti-gun law in CA. The NRA started in 1871. That was after, by 8 years, concealed carry ban in California passed. The NRA had nothing to do with the concealed carry ban in California. Do you need help with math? Keep keeping pointing it out your false narrative, reading it SLOWLY this time won't help.
How many guns did Oz have? Yes, I know you heard my 'story' of some random punks assaulting me with a vehicle for jollies and are angry I stopped further assault by simply displaying a gun. Good thing your opinion on guns in America, was not relevant that night, much like tonight, or I'd of been jumped on by the 3 of them.
Nope......you nuke the 2nd Amendment and minimise access to weapons of mass execution. Just get on with it or.....will it take a mass execution at next weeks ginger festival (there's sure to be one somewhere in the USA) to get you motivated? You "have a problem Houston."
Didn't know about that but the law was repealed. Open Carry law is still in effect and was encouraged by the NRA.
Having electricity in your home, increases the risk of electrocution. Research has also shown, in the event of a violent home invasion, NOT having a gun in the house, greatly decreases your odds of escaping without injury or death.
We'll give your opinion the consideration it so richly, deserves. If you dont hear from our office in 14 business days, contact us. Why did you ignore my valid questions?
I'm asking you. Also, how many do you think were never turned in? Here in America, that toothpaste is not going back in the tube https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...bal-firearm-ownership/?utm_term=.d7738e6aa576 There are more than 393 million civilian-owned firearms in the United States, or enough for every man, woman and child to own one and still have 67 million guns left over.
Yeah, you missed these (more accurately, chose to ignore them) No, law abiding 'dun' owners, tend to be more law abiding than most, to include unlawful homicide, which we already have laws addressing.
We are not dealing with toothpaste or even trying to push a t**d back in. We are dealing with a problem where there has been a proven working solution.
Works splendidly for the many who have used one to stop a crime. But I know, you dont believe in that...
