#325 is a guarantee that Trump will be prosecuted in the next administration

The humiliation is Trump's: he was not exonerated.

Too late. No charges = exoneration.

Exonerate - (especially of an official body) absolve (someone) from blame for a fault or wrongdoing, especially after due consideration of the case.

Is there a motion of exoneration that needs to be filed for one to be "exonerated"?

Yes a very well known very qualified and highly respected former federal prosecutor and LOTS of people have disputed Mueller's statement including the Attorney General, the Deputy Attorney General and the OLC who did not bring a charge against Trump. And BY LAW Mueller's report was a CONFIDENTIAL report to the AG alone. And it was Democrats who insist on that change in law after the Clinton impeachment for which there were actual charges present, felony charges. That they, Mueller's proprietorial team, took it upon themselves to try and go around him so they could taint public opinion against someone they were not bringing charges forward is quite frankly one of the more outrageous acts by federal prosecutors I have seen.

"If this doesn’t insult the intelligence, nothing will. Sliming the uncharged president by publicizing the evidence is exactly what Mueller’s team did."

Well I know when I listened to his testimony as I was driving 400 miles plus that day several times he was asked questions which I knew the answer to but he did not. Trump never attempted to END THE INVESTIGATION and the documentation was not fake as I have already explained. The NYT had published a fake news story, that was the purpose of the letter to the file. It did not end the investigation, it did not delay the investigation, it did not obstruct the investigation. Trump had real and legitimate concerns that Mueller would not be an objective prosecutor just as if I learned I was being investigated by a prosecutor who lives next door and I had had some domestic dispute with, I would have instructed my attorney to see about getting that prosecutor replaced. If my attorney then advised me no we shouldn't that I would like Trump have said OK let's move on.

Yes it was a joke and had nothing to do with any hacking, do you even know which emails he was talking about or have you fallen for this canard?

That is certainly the false narrative that the Trump team keeps peddling.

But exactly the opposite of what Mueller actually wrote and said.

Mueller is not an exonerator. You evidently don't know how the law works.

Oh, how about some facts for a change, not the hysterical irrational ranting of the TDS?

The facts speak for themselves and I watched his rant about Russia and the emails. He was not joking and turned it into a joke for convenience when his "joke" was attached to Russian interference. He also said in an interview that he would welcome crap from
Russia on an opponent. The guy is a liar and a con-man.

Every prosecutor can be an exonerator.
"We looked into these claims. We have concluded that no crimes were committed." That would be de facto exoneration.

And if you think that no charges = exoneration, you obviously didn't read (or understand) what Mueller wrote.

You don't even know which emails he was joking about so please don't speak of facts.

The Trump base wants so badly for this charlatan to be innocent that they will let their imagination get in the way of their brains.

So you are admitting you don't even know the facts here. I asked you

...do you even know which emails he was talking about or have you fallen for this canard?

    Well?

Unless, of course, Mueller made it clear that Trump has not been exonerated. Doesn't mean that he is innocent.
