    Where to start, eh?

My vote goes to Elizabeth Warren, who along with many other Democrats and Democratic presidential candidates, wants to take away the healthcare of 180 million Americans with their "Medicare for All" scheme.

Not only was that the biggest lie from last night's debate, it will probably be the biggest lie that Democrats peddle during the 2020 elections.

Who and/or what gets your vote?

“That’s what Republicans are trying to do.”

What else would you call the action of the Republican Party?

Incidentally, you could always tell when Obama was getting ready to lie to you when he opened a sentence with "Let me be clear."

Evidently, Fauxcahontas has picked up the habit...

"We are not trying to take away health care from anyone."

That's exactly what Warren, Sanders, AOC and the rest of the "Medicare for All" crowd in the Democratic party are trying to do to a majority of Americans.

You mean no one will have health care? If that's the case I will certainly not support them. People deserve health care.

Yes, many more will lose their healthcare as it is. That way everyone will be denied decent healthcare.

If you liked Obama's lie about keeping your health care you'll love Warren's lie about keeping your health care.

So, Warren is trying to take 180 million Americans' health care away but she's not trying to take 180 million Americans' health care away.

I realize that asking a pathological liar like Fauxcahontas Warren to be honest is asking too much, but it would be nice if she leveled with everyone for a change and stated that her scheme runs something along the lines of "If you like your health care plan you CAN'T keep it. Period."

Will we need to pass her proposed bill before knowing what it entails?

The problem with Medicare only is that many of our healthcare facilities will cease to operate. I get a medicare expense sheet every time I go to the doctor. Medicare only approves a small percent of the bill. The clinics survive by charging insurance paid medical services more than they do medicare. If you do not believe this, talk to your local medical clinic. As them what would happen, if they had to operate on medicare only. We operate on basically a two tier system. That paid by insurance and that paid by medicare.

Of course. There will be some serious midnight oil getting burned behind closed doors and I'm particularly looking forward to finding out how much more I will get to pay for the healthcare Warren & Co. decide the hoi polloi can have.

My vote goes to Elizabeth Warren, but for different reasons. “I’ve been down to the border, I have seen the mothers, I have seen the cages of babies." The Democrats will go to any length to win in 2020, including lying.

In order to do "medicare for all" wouldn't they have to abolish private health plans?? I don't think they will get enough takers. People who already have health insurance would be afraid to vote for it and lose what they have. The other end of the spectrum, the ones already covered by Medicaid know they would be worse off if everyone was covered by medicare. So that just leaves those in the middle, who can't afford insurance, but are barely not eligible for Medicaid. Which isn't a super majority of the population.

Let me help here with a few facts because I think you have been misled.
Last night there were 10 Democrats on the stage and only 2 of the 10 favored medicare for all. This is not the position of most Democratic candidates.
President Trump promised to do away with Obamacare and replace it with cheaper, better insurance; he has done neither.
Many people who did have health care through Obamacare have lost health insurance because of restrictions placed on it and medicaid by the current administration.
Some people who have health care are against any form of healthcare for those who currently do not have it. Those that have medicare and don't want others to have the same should be willing to give it up.
The usual argument against any program that expands medical coverage to those who do not have it is "who is going to pay for it" Well we are continuing to allow the deficit to rapidly grow so the same government that pays for everything else will pay for it. It is only a question of priorities. Is America better off with a wall or easier access to healthcare? Is expanded healthcare less important than having Amazon pay no taxes?

Medicare is mostly for older people, who have worked for it and paid into it. I can certainly see why they might not think EVERYONE should have it.

A wall. If the invasion of illegals continues, our entire way of life, including healthcare, will end.

The single biggest obstacle for many people was the exemption for pre-existing conditions. Democrats changed that with Obamacare. Republicans fought to repeal that with no replacement. Republicans have actually voted to take health care insurance from Americans. That should not be forgotten.

It used to always be that way. After all, you can't wait until you have an accident and then expect to buy auto insurance and be covered for the accident. Usually, you could buy insurance after the pre-existing condition was two years old. That is what prevented people from doing the above and waiting until they were already ill to buy insurance. It made sense if you think about it. It was a problem for a small amount of people who had serious and expensive illnesses and lost their insurance through no fault of their own. Charities often stepped in for those. But, I guess no system is going to be perfect for everyone.

Saying that the rich will pay for it....... If it was so easy to get the rich to pay then why can't they get Amazon to pay taxes according to them they dont and why does mitt Romney and Warren Buffet pay a lower percentage than an average worker. The middle class will be the ones footing the bill for Medicare for all and it'll go like this

Person- I'm sick but I've got insurance now the only problem is I don't have the gas money to go to the doctor because of the increased taxes

In your haste to bash Warren you've forgotten one teensy-weensy little detail. Replacing private health insurance with Medicare FOR ALL means people aren't losing healthcare insurance. They are getting it from a different source.
People will be losing healthcare insurance under the Moron-in-Chief's plan to kill the ACA.

By giving everyone access to Medicare? How does having access to Medicare take away healthcare?
